Sandsøy is the place for recreation and tranquility. The location of the house provides immediate access to hiking trails suitable for all ages. The house is located by the sea with fantastic views of Senja and the ocean and is the ultimate place to enjoy the midnight sun in the summer and Northern Lights in the winter. The house is from 1930 but has been significantly upgraded in recent years. Sandsøy is part of the arch with bridge to Grytøya and tunnel to Bjarkøy. Great spots with opportunities for top tours and exciting excursions in the Tore Hund kingdom.

Lambing from mid April to first week of May - opportunity to see the little lambs and proud mothers.

Rural location, 50 m from the sea/pier. Festive, retro style. Well equipped, bathroom with underfloor heating. 2 beds in the loft (steep stairs), 1 sofa bed on the first floor. Bed linen/towels included 45 min drive from Harstad/airport. Minimarket/gas station nearby. Location between Tromsø and Lofoten Rich wildlife in the area, opportunities to see moose, otters, white-tailed eagles, whales, reindeer, etc. Pier can be used, possibility of using kayaks (weather permitting). A unique experience close to nature. Our cabin is situated in untouched wilderness, close to lakes, valleys and mountains. Unlimited fishing and hiking potential. 35 minutes drive from airport & Harstad, 2.5 hours from Lofoten. Road access and free parking by the cabin. 10 minutes drive to grocery store & the sea. My place is close to great views, the beach, art and culture, and restaurants and eating places. You'll love my place because in the middle of the region Vesterålen, Lofoten and Harstad,, the kitchen, the outdoor area, the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and furry friends (pets). It is also a quiet and peaceful area, without the big traffic noise as this is not by the main road. Quiet neighborhood.
