Great walking opportunities right outside the door and walking distance to Utstein monastery. 1 hour drive to the pulpit.

Great single-family home on the lake's edge of Finnøy

This is the house for those of you who want a quiet and idyllic place to vacation, but where you at the same time have the opportunity to be active. The house has a large living room, kitchen, TV lounge, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, terraces and garage. All rooms with a lovely view to the sea. The exterior is outdoor furniture, gas grill, hot tub. Great fishing and swimming facilities just outside the door. Many will also enjoy embarking on a lovely bike or hike in the area. Stavanger center is a 40min drive.

Welcome to our modern 4-story villa located in 15-20 min walking distance to Stavanger city centre. The villa, which is 250 sqm, is originally built in 1935 and is part of the historic wooden house development in Stavanger. Our villa is fully renovated in 2021, so it has all modern amenities. In our villa you stay close to the city centre but still in a quiet area. We have a four year old daughther, and a two-year old boy, so there is baby chairs, babybeds, and changing tables available.

Stort, flott og eksklusivt, men samtidig veldig koselig. Her vil du føle deg som hjemme selv om du er på ferie. Det er veldig sentralt plassert og et glimrende utgangspunkt for turer til Kjerag og Preikestolen. Hva med en tur til Jærens flotte strender, Kjerag eller Preikestolen. Det er også fantastisk natur rett rundt huset.

Big villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, office space, 2 living rooms, kitchen, laundry room with treadmill, garden, garage and parking space for 5 cars. The whole house is wheel chair friendly with elevator and wide doors. Located in a quiet dead-end street, no traffic. Safe neighborhood and very close to the ocean and a small beach. Shirt walk to train or bus! Electric scooters available in the street too.
