Vacation rentals in Sanderstølen

This place is a warm, cozy and stylish gem, in the middle of nature. We had a lovely personal welcome by the hosts, plenty of fire wood, never ending views and lots of peace and quiet. For two weeks we enjoyed the snow, ski tracks, winter nights and northern lights! Our three kids spent hours building snow castles and we spent hours reading near the windows. The place has all the amenities you need and good quality furniture, kitchen, beds etc. The nearby mountain school has a friendly owner and rents out various ski equipment and the cabin has some different sleds too. A proper car(winter tires, preferably 4x4) is advised as the road up to the cabin can be tricky in certain weather conditions, but the owners are very proactive in weather and driving advice! All in all a place we love to visit again.

Great accommodation and stylish interior. Everything was decorated thoughtfully and we felt immediately at home ourselves.

Lovely stay in a cozy, well-functioning and clean cabin. Great views and close to Hafjell ski area. Birgitte was very helpful and responded quickly to messages with questions.

Another pleasant stay in Jan Henning's apartment with the cat Peanut! My 3-year-old was also very happy with the stay and the company ☺️ will be happy to come back in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at Chalies place! Everything was clean and comfortable, the cabin had everything we needed and it was just a 10 min drive to the alpine resort. Charlie was a great host and answered any questions quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Really nice cabin! We were there 5 people and there was a lot of space. The cabin is incredibly beautiful. Beautiful view of the valley. Not least from the hot tub on the terrace. Good trail for cross country skiing right behind the cabin. Very helpful host and really good value.

We enjoyed 4 days in this beatiful cabin. The cabin is almost completely new and just oozes coziness. Heated floors and very insulated. Large windows so you can easily take in the beautiful landscape. Very private and peaceful location. At arrival everything was so super clean. The Cabin would really thrive in getting a small welcome letter / house manual. We had some small questions that Michelle tried to answer the best she could. An A-B-C welcome letter would just give the last +. Also the cabin is so new that there are no cabinets installed yet - i'm sure there will be. The owner's were super friendly and helped out the best they could. We had a great time and it is indeed a special place.

Such a cute and comfortable little house. Beautiful construction! Host was friendly and welcoming. Short walk to great dining and shopping. Short walk to the Maihaugen Museum which is wonderful! Nice safe place to park our car. Highly recommended, thank-you Hans Thomas!!

Cozy modern cabin that was perfect for us as couple with two dogs. The perfect basis for hikes in stunning Jotunheimen.
