Great place, very clean and tentative. Great scenery, very nature friendly with outdoor entertainment and music. Great please for a family and kids. The host was very accommodating.

Excellent place to stay !!

Although our particular building didn't have a direct ocean view, the overall property does and we were still only a few steps from a view, and only a few more steps to be actually ON the beach.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Casa Pauli. The house is grand, tasteful and spotless. The 1km walk to the spectacular beach was a daily treat (really) with beautiful landscaping throughout Residence Esperanza (and other breathtaking properties to gawk at). We loved Chef Luis’ delicious dinners (cheaper than eating out!). This is a tastefully decorated and expansive Villa, with lots of comfortable spots to sit, relax and enjoy the view. We all loved our stay. And, we took a particular shine to Nanci, our very hard-working, diligent and charming caretaker. Nanci made our holiday extra special. We hope to return. Thanks to all.

Excellent stay at this stunning property. The view from the pool area is simply extraordinary. The whole house was pristine clean and has everything that you would need. Amazing beaches are only 15 minutes away. The house staff (security, cleaning, cooks/chefs) were amazing and willing to help with any requests. Overall there is not a single complaint from 4 days of amazing holidays.

The place is beautiful, you have everything inside the condo. The hotel staff is of excellent quality, they will always do everything to make you feel comfortable on your vacation. I think it's one of the best homes I've been.

The apt. is super well located just go out, cross the street and ready it's already on the beach. The fully stocked kitchen, the very spacious Tereza. It's super comfortable for families and groups of friends.

The property met our expectations and there was good communication with Cristian. The location is excellent.

The project is very nicely located, the restaurant's delicious food (the pizzas 10/10). The super spacious apartment, very well equipped. The extra service of the maid 10/10. Our super diligent host, at all times available. Definitely a place I would visit again.

This place is beyond beautiful. Walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants and mosquito hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Sophie and Enzo’s place was perfect for my family’s stay. We were visiting Las Terrenas and needed a space that was large enough to accommodate us, and the space was great. The rooms were comfortable and the king beds were just what we needed after a long trip. The location was also perfect, only a 10-15 min drive from beaches and restaurants. We recommend this location for any large group wanting a great space to stay when visiting Las Terrenas.
