Vacation rentals in Sanbornton

The photos in the listing do not do this house justice. More spacious and more beautiful than we expected. We enjoyed a 4 generation family gathering with our beloved dog and there was so much room for all of us to relax and enjoy the stay. There was a problem with the heating upon our arrival but owner Shih-Yu (Steven) was very responsive, great to work with and quick to get the issue resolved. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the amenities like paper towels, toilet paper, coffee pods, shampoo etc were generously supplied. The grounds are impressive and the dog loved having lots of space to run around. The house is not far off the beaten path but when you arrive it feels so secluded and quiet. The 2 separate sitting rooms were perfect as each had a TV and comfortable sofas. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Steven & Nora!!

Visiting family up in Andover, NH for Thanksgiving weekend. Jewel of a fine, unit met all our needs. Cozyvibes, perfect amenities, great location, comfortable beds, super clean. Host was vey hospitable and responsive. Highly recommend, we plan to come back for future stays!

What a great little gem! Immediately felt right at home in this cozy cabin by the lake. All the amenities you need, in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, all thoughtfully placed. Host left easy instructions and a little welcome gift - was also incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with (thank you for helping us when we left something behind!) We already can’t wait to come back!

Lovely stay! Would definitely come here again. It was really cozy and had everything we needed. Hikes were close by and the foliage was stunning. Would be perfect in every season.

Perfect cozy cabin for girls weekend away! Such a serene and peaceful atmosphere for our yearly reunion! Morning coffee on the porch, watching the sun rise over the woods, walks to the lake and cooking dinner together in the evening allowed us to reminisce, catch up and laugh! The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable for these busy moms to catch up on sleep! This home had all the amenities needed for us to unwind! We found the games and played for hours! Overall it was just what we were looking for to enjoy our time together. We even saw a deer!! Definitely booking again for next year’s reunion!

Great spot for a weekend getaway. The house matched the pictures and was incredibly well-organized when we arrived (just took a bit of time for the heating system to kick in). As a host, Tim was also super responsive and understanding, accommodating an early check-in and slightly delayed check-out for our group.

This is what New England dreams are made of. Gorgeous wood, features, surroundings, etc. The beds were comfortable, it was very warm (we stayed here in the Fall), the property is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed the fireplace, access to our Netflix and Prime, the puzzles, and games. Fred's instructions were clear and easy to follow. His recommendations were great and we enjoyed the nearby towns. We talked often about how we want to return with more family members. It was so memorable and perfect for our party of 4, but there's enough space for 8.

This is an incredibly comfortable and remarkably well equipped lakefront house. Plenty of kitchen supplies and tools to keep the cooks happy, and all of the water gear anyone could ask for. We especially appreciated the large porch overlooking the lake. Close to the busy road (as was described in the listing), but blocked off and made visually private by fencing. Owners incredible, responding almost instantly, warmly, and generously.
