Vacation rentals in San Vicente

It was such a treat and delight to stay at Victoria's spot! Meeting her and her husband was a real highlight of my overall trip. I had the chance to chat with both of them, they are wonderful people, and I hope that you will too!

I think this is the best value for money in Saipan. Although it is an old apartment, it is remodeled, so the interior is very tidy (by the way, the performance of major appliances such as air conditioning and washing machine is very good), and the location is very good (near World Resort), so you can easily get to the beach on foot, and there are two grocery stores right in front of the house, so I think it is a good living area. Above all, I was very touched by the kindness of the landlord. He continued to take care of me from check-in to check-out and helped me with my needs, and I was very grateful that he helped me like it was my own when I had trouble with the restaurant information or a rental car for a while. If you plan to stay here later, you can ask the landlord for a rental car and you will be able to solve it at once. We booked a rental car elsewhere in advance and couldn't use it, but they lend us a much bigger and better car at a reasonable price. It would be great to keep that in mind. There are many beaches in Saipan, but there is a beach right in front of the house for snorkeling on foot. It's a Kilili beach park, and the sunset is amazing, and most importantly, you can snorkel from an underwater tank. It's a wonderful experience, so I highly recommend. I'll be staying here the next time I go to Saipan. Thank you.:)

Our family enjoyed the stay very much.The big space in the house is perfect for the kids.

I was very satisfied with the location and condition of the accommodation. I spent a relaxing and happy stay in Saipan aka Buja Neighborhood. We had 5 family members visit and we felt that there was enough size and facilities and the sea from the house was so beautiful. Even when it rained, I rested while feeling the sound of the rain, and when the day was good, I was able to relax while feeling the sunshine. It was also full of kitchen utensils, so we cooked at the accommodation, and it was nice to have a water purifier so we could drink enough cool water. Due to the consideration of the landlord, the freezer was filled with ice, but I put this ice in an ice box and used it useful when going to the beach. And we met the landlord during breakfast outdoors, and it was also nice to remember having a very pleasant breakfast because he gave us a dragon (Dregonfurtz) who raised herself in this house. I highly recommend it and I intend to stay here the next time I visit Saipan. Thank you.

Loved staying here again! Quiet neighborhood, close to a beautiful beach and the best part of the island for star gazing. I will be back!

Plenty of room and very friendly host, definitely recommend.

I was on the Garapan side, picked up the rental car, and moved to Capitol Hill- The accommodation is so clean and the view is wonderful- The host Shey is also friendly and has a good smile. Recommended for a😀 private and quiet atmosphere 👍🏻
