New apartment fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in Buenos Aires: Wi-Fi, LED Smart TV (includes free Netflix, no cable). Fully equipped kitchen (fridge and freezer, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishes, coffee maker, etc.). Queen-size sommier with excellent quality mattress, linens and towels per person included, shampoo and soap. Large sofa bed, central heating, air conditioning hot/cold, double glazed windows with blackout curtains. Extra mattress for use on the floor. Located in a luxury tower with modern facilities: Swimming pool for children and adults, two grills with tables and chairs, beautiful garden, full laundry (washing machine and dryer), doorman, 24-hour security, and two elevators. The building's location is perfect, especially suited to tourists who come to visit Buenos Aires and the best place for this is the historic Buenos Aires neighborhood of San Telmo, where you will find tango classes everywhere, craft fairs, antique fairs, bars, cafes and restaurants typical of the city, streets adorned with old and beautiful street lamps, with a large number of visitors from all over the world. The apartment's vicinity has a wide range of cuisine and great nightlife. Easy access from the main highways, near the micro-center, banking area, Buenos Aires Government House, Casa Rosada, National Congress and courts. On the same block you will find two parking lots, a butcher shop, a grocery store, a newsstand, a bakery, and more. The building has a beautiful swimming pool, two barbecues in the garden with tables and chairs, doorman and 24-hour security, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer (these work with coins or tokens). Excellent Studio located in the 15th floor of Quartier San Telmo building, recently painted and fully equiped, 43" Android Smart TV, WIFI speed 300MB. King size bed plus a couch that can also be used as a bed for one. Excellent view from the flat to Puerto Madero Buildings and in clear days you can see also the river. The studio has cool/heat airconditioner. The building has amazing amenities including 2 pools, living rooms and gym, 24hs security and 360 views to the city/river from floor 27th.

The building has 24-hour security, a whirlpool, swimming pool, showers, gym, and movie theater. Ideal for enjoying one of the best areas in Buenos Aires. There are very nice restaurants and bars nearby. *For stays of 15 nights or more, an extra cleaning service must be contracted every two weeks.
