Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Brand new two rooms apartment. Fully furnished and equipped. In the fanciest neighbourhood of Buenos Aires: Puerto Madero . Located on the 12th floor has an amazing view to the river and the city skyline. It is quiet and comfortable. The area is safe and full of restaurants and sights worth visiting. The location is very convenient. It is within walking distance from Plaza de Mayo. This neuralgic point of Buenos Aires is connected by several public transportation means to the rest of the city.

Located in the historical Pasaje Santamarina, close to the heart of San Telmo, and reached through one flight of stairs, it has a living area with a fireplace and an integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one in an open mezzanine, with a desk), an entertainment center with an LCD TV (with Chromecast, no cable), a bathroom (with shower box, no tub), and a walk-in closet. Features Wi-fi connection and a central air conditioning system. Very quiet and light-filled. Easy access to Buenos Aires attractions.

This is a beautiful apartment in a 1910 three-story building. It keeps its original masonry and marble stairs as well as its original facade. There is only one apartment per floor. The Old San Telmo Market is right across the street. Have your first breakfast at Nica, a cute café situated on the ground floor of the building. This one is on me! My treat! To keep in mind: the neighbors is very friendly but it is not quiet; the nights tend to be vibrant and busy.

Elegant apartment in Madero Urbano in front of Puerto Madero, a few steps from the neighborhoods of San Telmo, La Boca, microcentro, Plaza de Mayo, other tourist places and various means of transportation. The building has premium services such as a heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, micro-cinema, meeting room, 24-hour security. The apartment is fully equipped. High speed wifi, on the 22nd floor with spectacular views. Very quiet and bright. Excellent location.

Brand new modern apartment with an incredible view of Puerto Madero. Located in one of the area's top-rated buildings, with an excellent location. The building has 24-hour security, a whirlpool, swimming pool, showers, gym, and movie theater. Ideal for enjoying one of the best areas in Buenos Aires. There are very nice restaurants and bars nearby. *For stays of 15 nights or more, an extra cleaning service must be contracted every two weeks.
