Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

El departamento es cómodo, amplio y muy agradable. La zona es segura y además, en el edificio hay porteros muy atentos que están las 24 hs. Cande, la anfitriona, es muy atenta. Nos recibió muy bien, nos explicó todo sobre el alojamiento y se aseguro durante la estadía que no nos faltará nada. Super recomendado y agradecidos con Cande por el recibimiento.

Gastón muy atento a todo. Respuesta rápida. El lugar precioso, muy cómodo…en un edificio estilo parisino. Cuenta con aire acondicionado y las camas 10/10 para un buen descanso después de recorrer la ciudad. El baño amplio y todo funcionando bien. Restaurant, teatro, café, supermercado, farmacia, locomoción y muchos de los principales atractivos cerca. Volveríamos de seguro.

O apartamento de Karina nos surpreendeu muito positivamente, principalmente pela sua localização. We stayed a Mariano's apartment as the last stop on a long journey around Argentina and it was the perfect end. Mariano's place was perfect for exploring San Telmo with everything you need in walking distance. Mariano was a super laid back and friendly host who made us feel right at home and was quick to suggest where to go and what to do and was very accommodating with check in times to correspond with flight. The apartment is beautiful, in a amazing old building and the BBQ was great to have on our last night. Would definitely recommend!

Mi esposa y yo pasamos una estancia increíble en este apartamento. La vista es lo más destacado del alojamiento. Excelente ubicación también. Los únicos puntos negativos fueron el ascensor del edificio, que es muy antiguo y uno estaba roto, y echamos en falta una bayeta en el baño. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y serviciales. Definitivamente me quedaría allí otra vez.

I highly recommend this duplex! It’s right in the heart of San Telmo and is about a 5-minute walk to the San Telmo Market. The duplex was exactly as described in the original listing. It was clean and spacious. Due to the floor-to-ceiling windows, there was a lot of natural sunlight in the space, which I loved. There was also 24-hour security, and the security guards were very kind. If you are ever in Buenos Aires, this is the place to stay!!
