This place is amazing! It’s a hidden gem and offers all the comforts of home. The outdoor and indoor seating areas are charming, and the bedrooms are well furnished and comfortable. The pool was nice to come back to after a long day, and our host was very sweet and accommodating

We had a wonderful stay, and Elena and Gerald could not have been more helpful and generous with their many recommendations and great advice about the city. The flat is lovely and bright, centrally located and extremely quiet at night, while really being in the centre. The facilities were amazing, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom extremely well appointed. Altogether we could not have been happier with this selection.

Accommodation small for us great location. It was in a quiet location. Shops were within walking distance as well as the beach. Parking in the garage or on the street very easy. The kitchen was well-equipped, with everything we needed. The owner explained everything to us and gave us many types for trips and restaurants. The city center is also very easily accessible by public transport. Bus stop on foot 7 min. I like the waste separation. We felt safe and comfortable.

We had an amazing stay! We stayed for 6 nights, we are a family of 3 with a 2 years old. The location is great and and the parking available is very convenient. The place was exactly as described, clean and with everything necessary. It's close to amazing beaches and sights. Stefano was a great host, always very responsive and proactive, with good suggestions and providing us with clear instructions and a warm welcome. Definitely recommended, we'd come here again if we are in the area.

The Orange House is very welcoming, quiet, super clean. Beautiful furniture, very comfortable sofa and beds, mosquito nets and air conditioners, everything you need to be comfortable. The place was clean, the sponges were soft and fragrant, the linens were impeccable. New pots and pans. The area is very warm and there is a nice outdoor space on the veranda where you can have lunch and dinner. The area is very comfortable for every trip, at night there is a wonderful calm. I recommend the Orange House and we will definitely be back!

Amazing and quiet surrondings, beautiful terrace and great BBQ! 5 min walk to the beach was awesome. Also pretty close to all southern beaches of Sardinia via car. There's no wifi but cellular network works good anyway. It's a great place, will surely come again!

My husband and I stayed for a week at Giovanni's house, a cozy home equipped with everything you could possibly need. The plus was meeting the Host, a kind person who also helped us with great tips for places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Thanks to the excellent location we visited all of southern Sardinia, from Sant Antioco to Villasimius. The apartment is located in a very nice complex of villas, we were there at Easter and we were able to fully appreciate the peace of this place, a 4-minute walk away you can find a supermarket, shops, bars, tobacconists, pizzeria. The beach is a 5-minute walk, there is also a lovely bar for a nice beer by the sea. The apartment is equipped with air conditioners, a very nice terrace, two smart TVs, a washing machine and everything you might need. We felt at home thanks for enriching our trip. Nice place right on the beach. The garden in front of the complex is easy to use for the kids. The closet with toys and beach stuff used the kids for entertaining. Beautiful beach, nice for a morning swim. There is a road behind the cottage, but we have not been bothered by this. We were in the off season. Everything was present and extra blankets were brought very quickly upon request. Simona and her brothers each rent an apartment in this complex.

Nice apartment, everything that is necessary was available. Outdoor area very nice, especially the outdoor shower convinced us. The beaches in the area (Chia, Tuerredda) are very, very nice and reachable within 10-20 minutes by car. The nice town of Pula is also easily accessible within 15 minutes and also recommended. It is not possible without a car, there are no restaurants that would be easily accessible on foot. Due to the fact that the apartment is on a hill, you can also hear the traffic from the street at night, which bothered us a little while sleeping. Otherwise everything worked out and we had a very nice stay in the area.

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Beautiful apartment for a wonderfully relaxing stay in Sardinia. The pictures say it all... Taty and Luca are easily accessible. Great starting point for many excursions, the proximity to Cagliari is a wonderful change from beach life in the area. Very relaxing stay ;-))

The stay in the apartment was really something special! It looks even more beautiful than in the photos and is super well maintained. On foot you can reach pretty much everything you want to see in Cagliari. Restaurants and shopping street are also within walking distance. The beach is a 10-minute drive away. Communication was super nice and flexible. Only the scent inside the living room takes some getting used to - maybe a little too much room fragrance. The parking situation is a bit difficult on site, but with patience you always find something. :)

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

Nicola was a great host. Open communication, quick response, and was flexible with check in during our stay. The property was in very clean condition and had such amazing views. I don’t have a single complaint to make about our stay here.
