Vacation rentals in San Silvestre

We spent more than two weeks in Casa Annica and highly recommend this place. The apartment is in a totally quiet location and has everything you need. We were totally undisturbed and enjoyed nature. The pool is very nice and is cleaned daily, there are numerous hammocks and cozy rocking chairs to relax outside. Annika and Tony were always quickly accessible, helpful and took care of all of our requests. The bedroom has air conditioning, which we did not use often, as the temperature was very pleasant with a fan. The property is 5 minutes away from the beach of Maderas, which we personally preferred to visit. The place is suitable for families as well as solo travelers and couples.

The only thing was the limited availability to check in earlier. Usually Airbnbs are check-in 2pm and check-out 12pm with this one it was an hour later and an hour earlier and no matter how hard we tried he didn't want to give us flexibility otherwise everything was perfect

This spot was a great deal for the price. The kitchen had what I needed. It’s important to remember that this place is considered a 2-star hostel/hotel. So for that reason invite it 5 stars. They have everything you need. Including motos & Atvs that you can rent directly from there. I misunderstood that & rented one from a company. I wish I got it from them to support their family though. The guard dogs do their job. They barked at me when I came back late at night after dancing. They don’t bite though. They calm down if you speak to them with authority in Spanish. The space is clean, but it’s important to clean your dishes after use so you don’t come back to ants. 🐜 The best part was the view from my bed of Volcán Conception. I loved going up to the terrace to eat my meals. There the view of Volcan Maderas is lovely as well. They were kind to let me have some water. And a late checkout. It’s excellent for the price. Especially if you will be spending the day out adventuring.

Sergio’s place is really cool. I wish we had more time to enjoy it, it was very unique and a beautiful setting. Highly recommend this place

I went to Nicaragua looking for time in nature and a unique Airbnb experience. I found it! JC and Lisseth’s place is an amazing working farm with fruit trees, chickens and birds. Lots of birds! I was warmly welcomed and treated like to amazingly fresh and tasty food. I had a fabulous massage, helped with English class for local children and swam in the nearby lake. I absolutely loved my time with JC, Lisseth and their family. You should know that there are dirt paths that are kept very clean to reduce dust and mosquitos sometimes arrive at night and are easily controlled with bug spray. This is a unique place to stay amongst a lot of nature and very kind people.

We expected and enjoyed this rustic wood cabin. The breezes when windows and doors open were refreshing. The information booklet is a must read, it really helps orient you to the surroundings. We really enjoyed the Permaculture tour with Megan, it gave us such a better understanding of this environment. Highly recommended!

Amazing place. Me and my family were looking for a quiet and beautiful place and we found it in abrazar. Louis is awesome, she shared a lot of information with me to ensure a great experience before and during our trip. Definitely we would love to be back someday.

Honestly, one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I have ever stayed. We watched a horse and her baby walk the beach in front of us, picked mangos off the ground, and jumped into the lake all day. All around wonderful experience. Thank you David, Rebecca, and Team! We will be back.
