Monthly Rentals in San Sebastián Teitipac

Beautiful private compound across from a corn field. It had everything we needed and the host Chamin was super friendly and helpful. The house is well decorated with local textiles and ceramics. Bathrooms were spacious and the laundry was convenient for us to have on our long stay. It is in the countryside so expect a few beetles and spiders. We can’t wait to come back to explore the area more. We made it to Hirve del Agua, Mitla, Tlacolula and lots of Mezcalerias.

Second time we stayed here; excellent place and excellent service. Perfect for lounging, enjoying a morning coffee on the patio, spending the afternoon watching Netflix and even working a little (very good internet). everything very at ease. and our happy puppy too! ¡Definitely go back and we highly recommend it!

Our stay at this location was phenomenal - I wanted a comfortable place where me and my family can escape the hustle of everyday life and it did not disappoint. The rooms being separated gave us the privacy we needed on our trip while still being able to enjoy the common spaces together. I was traveling with family - and they were completely blown away from the details & artwork of the house. The hosts are very thoughtful and had everything in the house for your stay. As others already mentioned, they had drinks/food available but they also had umbrellas & hats that I presume could have been burrowed when visiting Oaxaca and the surrounding areas. There also was lotion, toothpaste, and other everyday necessities. My family enjoyed watching movies on the projector. They enjoyed the restaurant that just opened that served delicious pizza and pasta. I also did a photo shoot around the house and captured some of the best photos of my trip. You will NOT regret booking this place!!!
