Everything was perfect! Comfortable and evocative place, very well furnished, cozy, I would say a pleasure to be there and equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils, perhaps even too much for a holiday. The location is spectacular. Nearby there are routes to take nice walks and collect the beauty of mountain and food places to stock up on the necessities! Excellent hospitality service. Immersed in the peace on the hill between olive trees and vineyards, the apartment turned out to be really spacious and comfortable, matching the photos. Indoor parking always available, effective soundproofing to closed windows, good quality mattresses and pillows combined with the air conditioning in the bedroom, allowed us to rest at its best. From the terrace you can enjoy the fantastic view (an authentic postcard) and, in the evening, there is never a shortage, even on the hottest days of August, a nice cool ventilation that makes your stay very pleasant. Gianluca and his family were kind, attentive, helpful, and ready for any eventuality. Present when needed and discreet at the same time. It is the ideal solution for any type of vacation, in a short time you can reach the sea or mountains, or even be the base to visit the beauties of Abruzzo and Molise. Highly recommended!

We had a quiet and pleasant weekend at this villa. Quiet place away from noise. Marco was very kind, he gave us directions to the area and where to eat in. Villa as described, surrounded by nature. Spacious and clean environments. Pleasantly satisfied

We occupied both apartments for a week in August . Our first criteria was to find a place for 15 people for a vacation with a children's and cousins' families. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor space for large family tables. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace . In that, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were greeted by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even if it remains secondary The style of the apartments we really liked with its vintage flea market spirit! The small beach accessible nearby is not paradise there are of course prettier beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I advise you to meet Mario the "boss" of the beach and make yourself an ally . Despite his acariate appearance, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story as a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the beautiful Abruzzo region!

Very well furnished clean house, equipped with everything. Convenient location for travel to the various seaside resorts. We had a great time. Thanks to Mariapia for her kindness and helpfulness. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect house and in a great location for skiing. The only drawbacks are the extra money for cleaning, in my opinion a little excessive and the lack of night activities for young people. In addition, the check-in time has been changed several times and we only had the final check-in time once we arrived at the hotel. However, the cleaning lady was quite responsive and easy to contact

Thank you Ilde and Massimo for your hospitality. The house guarantees tranquility in the summer. The village is ideal if you are looking for a place to relax and appreciate the mountain. There are a few cats visiting when you are in the garden and unfortunately our dog could not fully enjoy it. Massimo still had a fenced space on the terrace. I recommend this apartment and the host. The residents upstairs a little less, but this doesn't depend on the host. Thanks again.

The apartment is the same as in the photos and as described. It was all very very clean and the towels smelled really good and fresh, as well as the linens. Francesca is super friendly and always available and was also immediately helpful if there was anything. We always traveled by car, you could also walk but since it goes very steep uphill, we didn't do that in the heat. You can definitely look at the sea from up there when you stand on the road, which is very nice. We felt comfortable in everything. With that in mind, many best regards, Francesca

This was the perfect place in Pescara. A rock’s throw from the beach, great places to eat. It’s a great community. Beach is beautiful. Valeria was an awesome host. I was there for 5 weeks, she gave me local recommendations, was very responsive and set up the apartment perfectly for me to work and my family when they visited. I look forward to going back to Pescara and staying in the same exact place. I was there for work and she was even kind enough to meet me for a drink one night. The home has two balconies that are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The train and bus are a 10 minute walk and you can get anywhere from there. I can’t say enough good things!

It's not my first time staying in Giancarlo and Barbara's apartment. After a couple of years of absence, I came back with great pleasure. The apartment is very nice, cozy and comfortable, it has everything you need for a 10-day stay as in my case. Central and quiet location, a short walk from the Corso di Roccaraso. Parking available in the area. The gifts found when you arrive are very welcome. From Barbara it is like feeling at home... she is an excellent Host, very caring, kind and precise in her communication, she often found out about our stay and any needs. A fantastic stay full of tranquility and nature. The accommodation is located exactly in front of the wolf area and at night you can also hear the howling from the inside. The place offers perfect privacy. The only ones in can be the climb at the entrance where it is easy to slide with the wheels if you have a low car and of course, being a place surrounded by greenery, some insects. Upon our arrival, however, we were greeted with a very well-stocked breakfast buffet. The value for money is absolutely noteworthy.

Small apartment with great views of the most beautiful sunrises on a lovely terrace. Worked fine as a base. Kitchen a little small - but thankfully super good opportunities for great food at a reasonable price within driving distance. Alberto is a great host and gave us great recommendations for excursions and dining. Not least the small market on Fridays a short distance from the house. Here our morning also started every day with wonderful coffee at the small coffee place. Some were shut down for the season though the weather was still great. However, this did not make our 9 night stay any less amazing. Thank you so much Alberto for all your information and flexibility with check in. We had a great holiday and hope to come again.

Very good Location, close to everything, the beach, center. Luca is very helpful, he gave us an adres of bike rental. Apartment is very luxurious with big sleeping rooms and a big living room. Every room has its own balcony

The hosts were extraordinarily friendly , polite and accommodating. The apartment is steps away from the center.

We were two families in an apartment, 4 adults and 5 children aged 9-15 years. We had two wonderful weeks at the villa. The villa has an incredibly great view of the sea, and has a swimming pool, ping pong, basketball hoop and more that children could be active with. We arrived late at night, but Rosa was ready to receive us. There was food so we could have both breakfast and lunch the next day. The apartment was well cleaned during the stay and linens were changed. It is helpful with a car to get around as shop is not in a walking condition. We visited various lovely beaches, and were excited about the cozy town of Vasto. We found that people were generally nice and welcoming. We would definitely recommend Villa Osca and the surrounding area to other travelers.

Dear Gunilla and Niklas we thought your house was just perfect with the most spectacular views. Many thanks for the help with the lighting to the steps. We watered the plants as often as we could and managed to clean the pool with the robot a couple of times each week. We will be back and I understand Jo Jo's family have already booked for next year so we will fit our dates around them.

Our hosts, Letizia and Piero awaited our arrival, greeting us with the famous Italian charm and grace. They made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs. They recommended restaurants, groceries, and offered support regarding our business activities. This couple are quintessential hosts and we shall be recommending them to friends and family. They are extremely gracious and kind. The accommodating mountain home offered beautiful vistas and a relaxing atmosphere for anyone who needs to truly relax and recuperate. It was a wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay in a very quiet area of vastness. Access to many restaurants and lots of activities within a twenty-minute drive. Matteo is very helpful and not at all intrusive. The entire set of accommodations is very nice and clean. The area is very quiet and surrounded by nature. We will definitely be back

This is the perfect location if you want peace and quiet but still close to a small town for restaurants, Marketing and shops. The house itself its beautiful and rustique not the newest highend beds but more than enough. The pool is located perfect for both sunbathing and being in the shade on the patio. You need to have rental car to get by. And that makes it drivning distance aproc 1 hour på Termoli and Vasto by the eastcoast and mediteranian ocean and 1,5 hour drive to pompeji and Naples on the westcoast. Also close by is waterfalls antingen foundaries the tonw of pietrabondante with old roman remains and the top of the Mountain is 1000 m above sealevel and quite easy to get to. our family ( 2 daughters and wife) enjoyed our stay. And its not impossible we might returnera one day. And at last the host Vittorio was the perfect host helped us with anything we asked for, answered fast and was really polite. I would recomend this place for everyone who wants to experience Italy.

Margherita’s place was wonderful. One of the best best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The pool is spotless and the terrace has a breath taking view. Ideal for those who want to relax in a peaceful location with friends or family. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and the house was very clean. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

Lea is a great is a great host, very easy going and makes you feel right at home. We had a great time and will definitely be booking with her again on our next vacation in Abruzzo.
