“We enjoyed a relaxing and peaceful stay in this large house. It is conveniently located on the major thoroughfare of town, and the traffic was low later in the evening. The neighborhood behind the house was fun to walk. We also walked to the grocery and the taco house across the street for a delicious breakfast. The furnishings, including the bed, are very comfortable. We had everything we needed here.”
Guest cabin next to our home sits on 100 acres of Beautiful Texas Hill country, with 30 acres of Colorado River frontage. There are beautiful large pecan trees along the river with lots of shade. You will have access to the river for fishing , swimming , and also hiking on the 100 acres. It is surrounded by ranches, and is very secluded. Lots of wild life , and beautiful scenery. Very Peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Ten miles from Bend State Park.. No camping allowed at our place .
“Everything about our visit to Cross L River Cabin was perfect. The cabin was charming, comfortable, and clean. Laurie and Mark were friendly and gracious hosts. We especially loved the view from the back deck. We enjoyed exploring their land with our two dogs, and appreciated how tired the dogs were after a nice long walk along the river! We will definitely return for a longer stay.”
Recently remodeled historic 1946 Triplex apartment, “The Ragsdale 204” has all new appliances, countertops, cabinets, etc. Located within walking distance of all downtown shops, wineries and some restaurants. Great neighborhood.
“Brad & Cissy went above and beyond to make this space the perfect place for guests. The thoughtful touches were such a great representation of what San Saba has to offer. And their place is located within walking distance of the whole town. I didn't need my car to explore or go out for a quick bite to eat. It was spacious, clean, stylish and very affordable. To top it off they were quick to be in communication to make sure I had everything I needed. I felt so cared for! If I ever need to stay somewhere in San Saba again I'll be sure its available when planning my trip. Thanks to you both.”
