This place is a gem. We spent two weeks here and we wanted to stay longer. The Apart has everything you need for a long stay and its located very close to downtown and by the seawall. You can see the ocean from the window and watch the incredible sunsets. One important thing is that it has air conditioning in the bedroom. Francesco was so responsive and friendly and help us inmediatly if something broke or we needed any advice. 100% recommend!

Super refined apartment. A great union of the new with pieces from another era. Super clean. Super equipped. Super. Angelo? A constant presence without having met him in person. Very useful tips for a perfect stay in the area. We'll be back to see everything we haven't seen.

Luca's check-in instructions were very clear. The apartment is located high up, which offers a magnificent view with sublime sunsets on the terrace available. I did not have the chance to meet Luca, but we were able to communicate by message and I received very good tips for my stay including good places to eat. The apartment is well appointed and pleasant. Thank you!

This is where you would like to stay if you want to immerse yourself in a traditional Sardinian neighborhood. You will need a car 🚗 for sure since beaches ⛱️ are 30 minutes plus away. But as mentioned before you want true Sardinian experience then definitely stay here. Property is beautiful, clean, safe and secure. Our Host Maria Luisa is Amazing. She left us Milk, juices, cake, etc. also gave us the best tips for local dining. Highly recommend 👌
