Nice house with a patio in Jalatlaco.

Heber's attention to the littlest detail was perfect! Whether it was picking up garbage, delivering water, providing linens and paper goods he was pro-active and made our stay that more pleasurable. (Last year we stayed at an Airbnb where we had to chase the garbage truck down the street and lug our own bottled water up the hill)! Great location in one of Oaxaca's oldest neighborhoods, Jalatlaco with cobblestone streets and great restaurants!

An open courtyard is surrounded by a two-story building featuring a mix of light and dark exterior walls. Black railings border the second floor, while potted plants add greenery to the stone pathway leading to the entrances.

Duplex Spacious with Private Terrace in Jalatlaco

Nice place, quiet, close to la Merced market, restaurants, bakeries, bodegas and pharmacies. Farmacia el Ahorro has a doctor, in case you need an emergency, the place is very convenient. Walking to the zocalo takes about 15 minutes. Nice owner, responds quickly. I would wash again.

My husband and I stayed for two days. Honestly, it's a great place. From there to the center it's about 15 minutes, the taxi charges 90 to 120 pesos We paid for a tour and they picked us up there Everything was perfect. I'd stay again and again. The host and her husband are super attentive

R4 Oaxaca Experience

MirnaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We really enjoyed staying in Berenice's place. The location was perfect; it was very walkable to all areas of interest. Her place was as described and spacious. We loved being so close to all nightlife, the Zocalo and all points of interest. The noise and music at night didn't bother us at all. The only suggestion for Berenice is to ensure there are plenty of supplies. We ran out of toilet paper and we were only given 3 towels - one per person. The towels were stiff and it would have been nice to have an extra towel or two. The shower and toilet pressure were a bit low. These issues were minor and we loved our stay. We would recommend her place to anyone who wants to explore Oaxaca! We would totally stay there again.

UNIQUE OAXACA @ the best neighborhood in town!

StephanieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a great time at Abdías' house. Abdías was very helpful with local recommendations, from reliable drivers to mezcal tastings, and he was quick to respond to our questions. Lucy, the housekeeper, prepared breakfast for us one morning and it was delicious! It was such a treat to see Kevin, the peacock, every morning and to spend time in the beautiful pool and hot tub. Thank you, Abdías, Flor, and Lucy, for a lovely vacation!
