Monthly Rentals in San Pedro La Laguna

The place was as described. It's not a far walk to get into the center of town and there are plenty of tuctuc's for $10Q. The rooms were quite large. The bed was semi firm and comfortable. The views were wonderful, and the windows were very large. The kitchen had what was needed. The host and his family were quite friendly and tried to assist me when needed. I enjoyed the small garden to soak in the sun. There is a bus that can take you to and from the Guatemala city($60Q)one way. It is a long and treturious ride (4-5 hours) on a windy road. (April 2025) Negative: House next door under construction, so a lot of noise duringthe day. Dogs barking between 2-4 AM.

I agree with all the previous reviews - can’t recommend Griselda and Antonio’s place high enough. San Pedro is loud ! And this is an oasis of calm yet walkable to the town and language school(s) we will defo be back.

Great space, well-equipped and only a short walk down or up the hill to the lake front. John was a great host, really attentive and helpful. Can be noisy in the evenings.

A pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere, nice view of the lake, excellent service and friendliness from Adonías.
