We were very pleased with the personal service that Bryan provided. We wee very angry with the timeshare presenters. They wee dishonest and did not provide what was promised. Example: 0ne hour presentation, tour of the property, ride on gondola and Crater show. They were given ample opportunity to correct their oversight. They also requested that we tip the waiters for the “free breakfast”. We noticed that this was a common practice. At other tables, the presenters would tell their guests they left their wallets in the office. They are very skilled and well trained. They could give a graduate class in timeshare sales techniques.

Excellent location a few blocks from the Malecón but far enough from the night clubs to be quiet and peaceful. Clean spacious room with a good shower. Air conditioning worked. The pool area was nice, but don’t expect a view. Note that there is no mini-fridge in the rooms. Good value because of the location.

Ahuq fue molesto lo de las escaleras Se recompensó con el fabuloso balcón q nos tocó y valió la pena con una vista tan agradable todo el personal muy agradable y muy amable siempre al pendiente y sobre todo muy limpio Espero regresar pronto amo Vallarta

Fantastic unit with incredible views. There were no photos of the rooftop infinity pool in this listing and it is absolutely amazing. Huge selling point. The balcony is huge and had a great time enjoying my mornings out there. Location is just removed enough from the chaos but a five minute walk gets you there. They are building a high rise across the street so we did have construction noise the entire time but that was ok. I enjoy cooking on vacation and there were not basic spices or anything to cook with, so I had to buy that but again minor. Loved this place!!

we loved staying here - the unit and common areas are beautiful. it's a little away from the busier areas of town so we would uber to different places for food most of the time, but the cafe in the hotel was really nice for breakfast. we stayed a few different places in PV and had a busy trip, and it was really nice to end our trip here because it was peaceful and quiet - a great place to relax and restore.

Best place in Sayulita

I absolutely loved my stay here at Casablanca. I’m pretty sure the penthouse has one of the only sunset views in Sayulita. It was a quick and easy walk to all the shopping, restaurants, and bars in town. The staff and maintnance were so lovely and helpful. This place has it all: amenities, views, quiet, relaxing pool, fully stocked, easy access to the beach. It is a vibe! I will be back!

Excelente atención de los anfitriones, te dan recomendaciones y tips muy valiosos, estuvieron muy amables y atentos todo el tiempo. El alojamiento está frente a la plaza principal por lo que puedes hacer casi todo a pie. Muy cerca de la playa. El alojamiento proporciona sillas y sombrillas de playa prestadas así que ya no gastas en rentar cuando estés en la playa. Muy recomendable, todo está en buenas condiciones, si volvería.

Nous avons eu la chambre 207 au lieu de 204, elle était située à l’arrière de l’hotel, plus calme. Ça prend quand même des bouchons pour dormir si vous avez le sommeil léger (on entend les poulets et les chiens beaucoup). Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse. Piscine incroyable et grande. Espaces pour prendre l’apéro sur le toit. Possibilité de laisser les bagages au check-in/check-out pour aller profiter de Sayulita. Merci!!! :)

We had an amazing stay at Casablanca! The north part of the beach is so much quieter and relaxed, but walking distance to town and everything you need. We enjoyed the two balconies, the pool, provided beach chairs. The grounds are gorgeous and everything was better than we could have expected! We will definitely be back!

We had a great week staying in Sayulita! There were endless places to go and eat just a few minutes from our door. We found a favourite coffee shop just down the hill and around the corner that we visited each morning. The roof top pool and area were beautiful and just like the pictures! We spent the better part of one day up there and had it entirely to ourselves. Over all the stay was a nice quiet retreat from the bustling day down town or at the beach. Rudolpho was quick to answer the few times we needed him and we felt very safe and secure staying at Villa los Caroles. I would not hesitate to stay again if we return to Sayulita!

Great location in Sayulita. Most things are about 10 minute walk along mostly flat roads. Next door to a pharmacy & shop so can grab bits easily after a long flight. Recommend this room in the hotel as it’s away from the road noise. Some noisy guests and children made it hard to sleep some nights, alongside a noisy rooster in the mornings so if you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Rooftop is luxurious! So worth it and got the sun all day during my trip at the end of April. Quieter during the day, can get busy later on & hard to get a sunbed. Good basic amenities in the kitchen & bathroom. Housekeeping came in each day to make the bed and sometimes changed the towels. Reception and cleaners were friendly & helpful people. Shower pressure was okay - not sure what the standard is in the area. Had worse and had better. Would 100% stay again and would recommend. Thought it was good value for money.

Beautiful, brand new, spotless accommodations. The kitchen is very nice and well appointed. The swimming pool is lovely and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The reason for 3star value review is that the building is still under construction, so very loud during the day, starting at 7am. It's not so bad, since most people want to get out and enjoy sightseeing and the beach - upside you don't need an alarm clock. Another upside, the nights are very quiet, since it's at the far end of Sol Nuevo. Considering the loud morning construction noise it could be priced slightly less for the inconvenience. when completed, the price will be a good value.

We had a wonderful stay at Suzanne’s place! Casa Hawaiian is a stand alone building on the Casa Kukana property so it feels very private and yet you have access to the gorgeous pool and grounds (and most importantly the 3 friendly Great Danes who occasionally wander through!). We barely saw a soul the whole time so it felt like we had the whole property to ourselves. The casita is super comfortable with a great king size bed, A/C in the bedroom, a clean and spacious bathroom and a modern kitchen/ living area. We used Suzanne’s suggested taxi driver Miguel to pick us up by the PV airport and stopped at La Comer for groceries on the way to Sayulita which made for a very seamless experience. We opted not to rent a golf cart because I’m an insane New Yorker who likes to walk everywhere but if you’re less into walking in general you’ll want to rent a cart/ ATV to navigate the hills and town. Highly recommend a stay with Suzanne, Summer and Taylor!

Liz fue muy amable, llegamos de noche y nos recibió sin problemas. La casa estaba muy linda, muy limpia con aire acondicionado y el baño muy completo tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí.

Ideal para vacacionar, instalaciones impecables, limpias y hermosas, un lugar tranquilo y con todas las comodidades, la playa queda a una cuadra y en la habitación cuentan con todo para que pases unos días espectaculares, sillas, sombrillas, cafetera, hornito, todo en excelentes condiciones, súper recomendable y mi familia y yo volveremos sin duda el siguiente año.

The unit did not have a kitchen, but there was a studio across the hall, which was a little extra money $4400 pesos for 2 weeks. This unit is advertised with the kitchen, but does not have one and I believe it might be just a translation error? Felipe can understand and speak English, but speaking Spanish is very helpful as some things got lost in translation 😜 I really enjoyed our conversations 😊
