Family-friendly vacation rentals in San Pancho

This was our 3rd year staying with Juan at Los Veneros and we hope to return every year. I travel with my 3 kids (now 8, 6 and 4) and the space is perfectly set up for our family with good bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen. The pools are a favorite part of our stay because they are large and the water is comfortable. The beach is beautiful and fun to play on. The staff at Los Veneros offered us goggles and sand toys which was so nice. We forgot salt but could buy it at the market along with other basics. We always go eat at the W Hotel next door and the meal is delicious.

Excellent accommodation very spacious and comfortable ideal for long-term stays and very accessible for short term had a microwave and electric oven, very large terrace with an excellent view of the sea, very spacious dining room on the terrace and the Bolongo development is very comfortable and very familiar

This is a great location in a beautiful area. There are lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby and it is easy to travel by Uber or taxi. The hosts were very responsive, particularly Enrique, who greeted us upon arrival and made arrangements for us to do some boating activities. The other staff were also very friendly even though we did not partake in all of the included services. Great experience!

This spot in Sayulita was perfect! The host was amazing and helped us plan airport transport, golf cart rental, and a private chef dinner at the place. Seriously such a great stay! The maid came frequently and was amazing! The AC units in the bedrooms worked great! But just a warning that there are no ACs in the living area/kitchen/bathrooms, so they get pretty warm. Especially the bathrooms that are open to the outside, they get very very hot by the end of the day. Not a deal breaker, just something to be warned about. Overall, we had a great stay and the location and experience was one to remember!

The concierge team that assist Kyle were amazing to work with and assisted us with transportation. The building is beautiful, pool is very nice and the unit was very clean. An easy walk to food, nightlight, and the beach. This would be my first choice place to stay the next time I visit Puerto Vallarta.

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. The ocean and jungle views are stunning (particularly from the living room and upstairs master suite). The house was easy to find. There’s an attendant at the gate 24/7 and the whole community felt very safe. The house itself was very comfortable and clearly designed with relaxation in mind. The quality furniture and linens, ample towels (tons of clean bath and beach towels in the closet), filtered water dispenser and strong WiFi were all much appreciated. Vicky, the housekeeper, was sweet and welcoming and made us a delicious breakfast on our last day. Chef Carolina also cooked an amazing dinner for our group that we enjoyed while watching the sunset over the ocean and jungle. The location is a short Uber ride up from the Zona Romántica—walkable, though the hill is steep so better to Uber if you have a mixed group. Marianne was a helpful and responsive host. I hope to stay here again next time I’m in PV!

If you're looking for tranquility, this is the apartment. It's more spacious than what you see in the photos, comfortable, with a pool in the condominium and, apart from that, the beach club is about 500 meters away, with a pool, restaurant and access to the beach and a very pleasant view. There were some maintenance details that the host was attentive to and resolved. Reservation for 4-5 people excellent.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

The accommodation is very good only as a recommendation to be very careful not to trust anyone unknown since we had a bad experience near the beach

We absolutely loved our stay at Ebony’s place in Sayulita. The location right in the middle of town was so close to the beach and all restaurants! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the live music each night (If you’re adverse to noise this might not be for you). Overall we had a 10/10 time!

We had a nice stay! A good spot in town, hidden and pretty quiet but close to everything. He communicated well.

The most beautiful views we have ever seen at an Airbnb. The staff was very accommodating and the neighborhood felt safe. We hopefully be back one day to stay here!

Everything here was incredible. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It had incredible views and was the perfect location. A 3 minute walk from the beach and within minutes of walking to everything in Zona Romantica, while also still being quiet and peaceful. The front desk security were always present and made us feel safe. And the rooftop pool area was amazing too. Truly an incredible experience and I would love to come back sometime!

It was exactly as presented, it was modern and welcoming. The only thing was that there wasn't any extras, like coffee, sugar, salt peper etc. Not a problem, as OXXO was at the corner.

My partner and I had a lovely time in Puerto Vallarta at Andrew’s place. The rooftop pool and hot tub were our favorite spots! We didn’t use the kitchen to cook anything but it was thoroughly equipped. Thank you to Andrew and Jesus for their wonderful hospitality!

This was our second stay through Andres at this property. I would highly recommend this Villa if you are travelling with a group and need space. Lupita, the chef, is very helpful with organizing the meal plans for the time of your stay. She and Lupita (yes, another Lupita) prepare delicious food and will make you feel welcome at every turn. The Lupitas really are wonderful people. The beach where the villa is located is an "easy" beach to use as it stays relatively shallow for easy swimming entry and exit. You will see plenty of wildlife between whales (at the right season) in the bay and during this visit, we were able to watch a Sea Turtle digging a hole and laying her eggs. Salvador, who works the gate, is also able to call for taxis that will come over from the resort nearby. We will stay here again.

When we 1st arrived our impression!! Wow! Beautiful landscape and 2 pools! Owner lives on the top section of home and there’s other units on front side were you enter that are more like a suite unit 2 beautiful pools and beautiful few like being on a mountain top looking down onto the town of Sayulita. Our unit was a 3 bedroom bungalow it was nice with beautiful view but a little dated with kitchen items. We had some hippcups with water but Suzanne did her best to manage the best she could. We ended up eating out every day but restaurants were tasty. We would definitely return we felt very safe there and view is amazing. Suzanne was very sweet and accommodating. If you want total privacy this is not for you. Staff is always there if you need something. Thank you for having us!😘

This house was perfect for multi generational family (multiple levels is something to think about if mobility is issue) We had more than enough space for all family members to gather either on deck off kitchen, upper deck where bbq and fire table overlooks ocean view and the stars at night were incredible. If that’s not enough, the spectacular infinity pool was amazing to relax, swim or play card games outside, or sneak off on your own and find plenty of spaces in or out to read your favourite book. This was the perfect end to our vacation as was quiet but only a 10 minute walk to beach or 20 min car ride to SAN Pancho (SAN Francisco) where that small town vibe with markets, many restaurants and ocean front greets you. We had all we needed for a perfect getaway and hosts were very responsive to our needs. Thanks for a wonderful getaway.

What a wonderful place! We loved everything about staying here at Casita Cielo Azul and San Pancho. This place has it all-beautiful rooms, wonderful big pool, umbrellas and chairs to take to the beach, wonderful host and staff. Joslin was very warm and friendly. It's located so everything is in walking distance. We loved walking to the beach, walking to the restaurants and exploring this wonderful little town. We are still on our vacation high and can't wait to return to stay here again!

The location is unbeatable. This is such a lovely little palapa right next to all the amenities (across the street from the best Al pastor tacos, above the coffee shop, steps from ice cream and grocery store)of the town and so close to the beach. We loved our stay with 2 kids. This is the center of town so there is music and bustle at night but we enjoy that.

Great spot for a bachelorette party! Lots of space for a bigger group, well-stocked kitchen, and easily walkable to town. Would stay again!

I didn't have contact with the host during my stay, but it wasn't necessary. The information was clear and precise. In a few months I'll be back, and his house will definitely be my first option
