Vacation rentals in San Nicola island

The host Biagio received us at a parking space and drove out to the house for us. He showed us around and after that we had the house to ourselves. It was a nice house: beautiful view, plenty of space and facilities and reasonably within walking distance from the center. Biagio was easily accessible via app messages for questions and responded always and quickly. The living room/kitchen did get a little hot during the day, but for this we could use the air conditioning if needed.

Balm for the road trip soul. Unfortunately, they were only planned there for one night. Quiet, clean, the sea tangible and wonderful. Pizzeria nido verde above the property and delicious. Communication with Antonella was easy and good. Thank you so much for the nice, short time.

Excellent welcome from Giuseppe who was attentive and took care in particular to reserve us a parking space because the neighborhood was very busy when we arrived. The space is large, including the terrace overlooking the harbor.

We had a lovely stay in a really nice house, with a breathtaking sea view! The house is very well equipped (the kitchen in particular) and the rooftop terrace is lovely. Peschici is a really nice town, with beautiful hikes within walking distance from the house. I highly recommend it!

We had an apartment in the semi-detached house surrounded by olive trees with mountain and sea views - fantastically beautiful, a paradise to relax. Plenty of space and everything you need. The pool is also top. Clean, large and very nice vegetation around. In addition, very lovely and helpful owners. Highly recommend!

Property located in a quiet, clean and functional setting. We stayed with two small children, the accommodation is suitable for families. We liked the outdoor space (terrace). There is the option to park the car right next to the property. Colomba is a super kind and caring host. Thank you so much!!

The best country stay by the coast. A unique olive grove farm house surrounded by olive trees. Add the most wonderful stone terrace, barbecue and pizza oven and breath-taking views of the sea beyond the grove. Peschici is only 3 min drive down the path and roads and has all the I gradient you ll need to cook la cuccina povera. Plus Raffaella and Dino are the greatest hosts.

It was a really pleasant stay, the accommodation is located in the middle of the olive garden, with a large terrace where you can enjoy pleasant meals during the vacation. The kitchen has everything you need. There are bikes available, the washing machine, the barbecue area and a beautiful hammock in the garden. For little playgrounds with sand. The location is a few minutes by car from the beach and the center of Vieste. Everything is also very close by bike. The owners are available and friendly. Thank you

Private beautiful scenic location. Tranquillity at its finest. Not the most nutritious breakfast if you book your stay in September. Something to consider : There is no wifi or phone signal unless you stay by the reception building.
