The place is really nice. Had a wonderful experience for a summer getaway with the whole family. Very spacious and very good for big group outings. Plus, it is just a few minutes walk down the beach. Overall, highly recommended!

This Airbnb was exactly as described—no surprises, just a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and well-maintained, with complete appliances that made everything super convenient. Water pressure was excellent, and the air conditioning was ice cold in all the rooms, which was perfect for the weather. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. It truly felt like a home away from home and was worth every penny. There are also plenty of things to do in the area, making it ideal for families and groups of friends. Honestly, the only downside was that one day just wasn’t enough to enjoy everything this place has to offer. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this accommodation for three days and two nights, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Nestled just steps away from the beach in a serene and quiet community, the setting offered a peaceful and private retreat that felt like a hidden gem. The house itself boasts a stunning view of the river and majestic mountains at the back, while the front opens up to an uninterrupted panorama of the sea. The home is thoughtfully equipped with all the dining and cooking wares you could need, making it incredibly convenient. All you need to bring are your ingredients, condiments to get cooking. This place is perfect for anyone seeking a serene escape close to nature without sacrificing comfort or convenience. However, do be cautious of the sea—the waves can get strong and might pull you away from the shore. It's something to keep in mind while enjoying the beauty of the ocean.

Lee and Ali have been such amazing hosts!! The place is AMAZING! There is a pool, a nice view of the mountains, Ac, and a jeepney just around the corner to take you into the city. I love how quick the hosts were to respond making this long stay of mine amazing. I would book again!

This place is so spacious and perfect for groups. The bathrooms were so clean and we love the free toiletries. We did give feedback about hoping to have additional deeper pots for cooking soups, and biggert trash bins to organize trash. My cousins and I had a very lovely stay at TAV! Apart from the gorgeous interiors and pool, the place was well equipped with everything we could ever need—so much so that we spent more time at the villa than the beach 🤣. But I’d say that the highlight of our whole stay were the hosts, Christopher and Czarina, as well as their whole staff. Every step of the process, from booking to check-out, was such a breeze. The hosts were very prompt and thorough with their responses whenever we had questions and were also very accomodating throughout our stay. Likewise, their housekeeping team members were very helpful and sweet. We really appreciated the warm hospitality that they made us feel throughout our trip. Overall, we had such a blast and we’d love to be back! Thanks again to the TAV team for making our first trip to San Felipe very memorable 🙂

Louie is probably one of the best hosts we have encountered so far! He went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay that made the experience memorable. His place is clean, quiet, has nice bath room, has great amenities (we loved the pool and the nature!), and it just feels safe and great for families. Thank you, Louie for being a super star host! From beginning to end, Yuri is a fantastic host! I spent 1 month in her beautiful unit & it was exactly what I needed! Yuri was always only a text away for any questions. The unit is truly beautiful with everything you need for a long, or short, stay. Fully fitted out kitchen, nice relaxing balcony, & very comfortable beds! The condo is so peaceful & quiet with friendly reception staff. Everything you need is walking distance. Royal Duty Free Store, lots more malls & shops, great restaurants & if you get tired of the sparkling quiet pool, the beach is only a few minutes walk. I truly enjoyed staying at Yuri’s place & highly recommend it. Specially if you’re looking to be out of the hassle & noice of Barreto, which is only a short drive away. Thank you Yuri for a wonderful month of relaxation. I truly hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Ms. Patricia's unit. The place is incredibly peaceful—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It’s tucked away in a quiet location, so you can truly enjoy some downtime without any noise or distractions. The unit itself is spotless and well-maintained, . You can tell that cleanliness is a top priority. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway.

It was a very nice place to stay in. Unit is comfortable with more than enough amenities. Basic toiletries and towels were provided. Comfort room had heated toilet seats and a bath tub. Kitchen has a working microwave/oven. Built in water purifier for drinking available. Items such as rice cooker, hair dryer, and oil/salt/pepper had to be requested but were provided. My family had a very good time in this place.

We liked best was the location. We enjoyed the place and it’s great that there’s air conditions in all room. Plus the pool was great and restaurants too.
