Apartment vacation rentals in San Miguel

This apartment was great to stay in, the location is perfect to explore the city. The surrounding area has lots of nice cafes, restaurants and bars. Some of the previous reviews mention issues with hot water - this has definitely been fixed now as the water was hot the whole stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

The place is just as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and bright. The location is very convenient since it's close to public trasport and walking distance to many restaurants, bookstores, bars, cafes, parks and museums. I am from Argentina, my husband from The Netherlands and we come visit often. Now that we've found Eugenia's place we are definitely considering making it our regular airbnb choice. Thank you!!

Great studio overlooking a park, nice view from the apartment. Andrea was always ready to accommodate me. She brought me everything I needed for cooking. I extended the place a few times.

Nice apartment. Spacious. Full kitchen to cook there. Nespresso machine. Towels, shampoo, hair dryer, iron available. Everything you need for a good stay.

The place is impeccable, just like the photos, I went for 2 days and everything was great, the apartment is very nice, quiet, very well located, everything is very clean and with everything you need to spend a few quiet days The bed was very comfortable The hosts were very attentive to every detail and made sure everything was going well, very kind! They were also very clear when explaining how to get in, both to the building and the apartment, everything was perfect! We'll be back!

Apartment with accessibility to the center of Palermo on foot, transit, even for presenting bars , kiosks, supermarkets around the department there were always police in the streets, which made it safer. It wasn't noisy (just a week they were building up above my apartment, but no noise). Nina always quickly answer any questions, super predisposed to provide help in case of inconvenience. Very neat and comfortable.

The truth is that the apartment was spotless! Super comfortable, nice, clean and with good services. When I detected that there was no adapter for the plugs they fixed it quickly and smoothly. It is a location that I like a lot, on an avenue (safe and easy to get taxis and uber) but high and very quiet floor. Also very close to good restaurants, bars, and movida. It's easy to get around to other parts of the city. I highly recommend!

Everything's perfect

The location is great, very close to bus and subway stops. The place meets the expectations of the listing, and the host is very available for anything you need. The only observation is that the sofa bed ended up not being very comfortable, and some blankets seemed to have dirty stains, despite this, the place is great, especially for 2 people

We enjoyed 12 days at Pablo & Kristoffer’s condo. Everything went smoothly! Pablo greeted us at the entrance and explained everything we needed to know about the residence. He was also reachable if we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop patio with the barbecue and the jacuzzi! The location was excellent, with lots of restaurants and green spaces in the area. We used Uber (inexpensive) to travel to the various sites in Buenos Aires. It was always a pleasure to get back to our condo to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I have no hesitation in recommending this Airbnb!

excellent stay! walking through pleasant streets you could get to everything. Young neighborhood, full cafeteria and restaurant. Very close to Palermo's favorite, Plaza Serrano, bars... and the apartment is quiet, super clean and comfortable bed. 100% recommended

We loved this cozy apartment in Palermo. The location was perfect, walkable to parks, restaurants and nightlife. The jacuzzi tub on the patio balcony was a great perk! We had two little kids with us and they had so much fun with the tub. Gonzalo is a great host, very responsive and helpful.
