Flory's place is even bigger and better than it presented on platform. 25 min walkable to centro storico of Modena, the same to Ferrari museem and train station as well for those who like to travel around Emilia Romagna. Perfectly clean and equiped even for longer stayings. Brava Flory!

Soggiornare da Giorgio è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole. L'appartamento è situato alla fine di una tranquilla stradina circondata dagli ulivi e dall'orto. La stazione di Gatteo Mare è confinante alla proprietà, ma i treni non disturbano la quiete. La spiaggia privata dista 15 min a piedi, ma sono fornite le bici. L'appartamento ha ambienti ampi con una cucina ben attrezzata e zanzariere alle finestre (indispensabili a causa della presenza di zanzare che non consentono di usufruire appieno degli spazi esterni). All'arrivo la struttura era ordinata, pulita e dotata di asciugamani, lenzuola, tovaglie, strofinacci e ventilatori (uno in camera e uno in cucina). Giorgio è stato un host gentilissimo: durante il soggiorno ci ha offerto i prodotti del suo orto, uova di casa, vino locale e ci ha dato indicazioni su ristoranti e paesi da visitare. Consiglio a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax!

The apartment is in an excellent location, 10 minutes walk to the train station and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. It is also on a road which is very quiet at night. The apartment is very spacious and clean, a very good price for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Wunderschön in der Natur gelegene Unterkunft in den Bergen weit weg vom Trubel. Super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Traumhaft schöner Garten und toller Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

We spent one week in Edoardos Apartment and can recommend it 100%. Anastasia, Edoardo and Mauritio are very kind and helpful hosts. The garden is like a paradise for children, there are many toys and even a small cat.
