This is now one of my top places to stay while visiting El Salvador. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the fact it has a private entrance to the lake is incredible. They even have a couple of kayaks and life vests available to use. The groundskeepers are super nice and welcoming. They were always attending to the grounds making sure the grass and flowers were well watered, and sweeping up the common areas. The rooms are kept spotless and they smelled so good when we arrived. This place is a must stay, but do be sure to have a truck available to make the drive in. I would recommend having provisions on hand because it is located in a secluded area. To us that was an advantage because it was nice and quiet. If you come prepared you have the kitchen, grill and smoker at your disposal to ake the most out of this BnB. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need and more. I can't say enough about this place, but I'm running out of characters, so I'll leave it at that.

Herbert’s place is secure , it’s a gated complex guarded by security, Very clean , he was always responsive , I recommend it to whoever when visiting San Salvador , San Martin. The place looked like the pictures . It was a bit noisy in the neighborhood maybe because I stayed around the holidays but I didn’t bother me.

A very nice and spacious place, the best part of all a clean pool with a wonderful view, we will definitely be back.

Excellent place!! The house is in very good condition and with everything you need, close to gas stations, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Very good location the Host's attention was excellent. I would definitely come back afraid it is worth it.
