What a great stay! Nelson made sure we had everything we needed, every question was answered and resolved. We loved all the great amenities of the house and felt right at home. This Airbnb is what Airbnb was supposed to be 10 years ago. It’s not just another property from a manager that you never see. Jean was very warm welcoming and welcomed us herself on our arrival. She was very proactive by giving us some tips from what to do, where to go or eat. She answered really quickly and helped us organized some massage sessions. The property is as described. The heated pool, the private beach and dock. Be aware that there are a lot of steps in the property and that arriving there from San Marcos may be a little difficult because of the road. But in my opinion those aren’t a problem after you see how beautiful it is there. I hope I can return one day

We had a wonderful time in this lovely little house and enjoyed its serene and beautiful surroundings. Juan was friendly and helpful and quick to reply to any questions or requests we had. Would happily come back anytime!

I still can't believe how wonderful this place was. If you're looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting, this is it. Heavenly. Fast Internet, great host, convenient, clean. Everything about it was perfect.

We had a little family vacation here and it was everything is was advertised to be and more! The staff are all very helpful and responsive. Salvador the property manager was incredible! From keeping the pool clean between our times in to doing grocery runs into the city, he was amazing. All the activities listed were so fun and very family friendly! The rooms were all very clean and there was even bug spray to help with the incests outside. All the local contacts for boat and tour services were also incredibly sweet. Very considerate, accommodating and for a friendly price! Overall, we would definitely consider coming back should we ever want to visit Atitlan and the surrounding towns.

Absolutely amazing property! The walk from the gate to the house was a beautiful surprise. The third floors had AMAZING views of the lake and mountains. Waking up to the sounds of the birds was a dream. PJ was very understanding to our situation and offered a playpen for the babies. The stay was wonderful. Thank you so much!

The house is very beautiful. A lovely design and filled with beautiful touches and artwork. An amazing view off the veranda, and the gardens are relaxing and full of birds. We all enjoyed the clean pool very much too. Overall it was an amazing place to relax and recharge. There is a walk up to the local village of Santa Clara or tuk tuks to take you up the hill, and the village has a produce market on Saturdays. We also recommend CECAP for great meals with the best view, as well as fair trade traditional handicrafts. It was easy to get a boat at the public dock. It’s probably easiest to arrange your own driver and boat to the private dock as then it’s easy to contact them if they do not turn up or know where to go (problems we had through no fault of the host). Definitely shop in Pana as the shops are very small in Santa Clara. Be aware it was hazy every day for 6 days and apparently this is common in April (or other months too?) because of cane burning. I loved this place. It is beautiful and so peaceful. The home is as pictured. There are not any restaurants in walking distance but their are stores. This home is a 30 minute drive from Panajaschal main street. I did not use Uber but it does show that you can get Uber from here, according to the app. I used a private driver throughout my stay and it worked out perfectly.

This view was to die for! Watching the sunrise above the volcanoes every morning with a cup of coffee was so peaceful. The hike up from the main road is no joke. My boyfriend and I are from Florida and use to flat and no elevation so it was quite difficult but as long as you take breaks it makes it worth it! We took about 5 breaks the first time as we were carrying huge luggage (travel light if you can) but after that we would take 3 breaks up and no breaks down. But it was just the adventure we wanted!

A secluded retreat in the heart of Panajachal. The house is absolutely beautiful and accommodated our family group of 8 perfectly. It felt very private and yet was a block from all the great bars, shops and restaurants on the main street Santander. Also very close walking distance to the North boat launch docks for access to the Lake. Teva, Ana and their team were extremely responsive and helpful. We had a great trip and spent many evenings and morning lounging around the gorgeous house. Hope to return again soon!

Augustus’s place is a dream location in Lake Atitlan. San Marcos La Laguna is a great place to get away of the hustle and bustle of other towns, while still remaining close to the lake and maintaining the ability to bop around easily. With a dock just 30 seconds away, you have easy transport to any other area on the lake. We also enjoyed the peace and privacy of the location. The space and property were beautiful and we could tell very well taken care of and well-loved. The views were immaculate. The decor and craftsmanship blew us away. What took our stay to the next level was Augustus’s kindness and hospitality leading up to and throughout our stay and finally, the wonderful meal his partner cooked for us on our last morning. My lifelong girlfriends and I will remember this trip forever. If you’re looking to make magical memories and take in nature’s beauty, this is the place!

Everything was super good! We spend the night there, there is parking, it is private and the place looks outside panajachel except for the midnight party noise, but we don't judge haha

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, with easy access to everything including the town center and dock. Our property managers Chris and Kris were incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the stay even better. We arrived at 12:30 and Chris welcomed us and gave us a tour even before our check in time. There are also tons of on-site activities available (for an extra cost), which added so much value to our trip. If you're visiting San Marcos, this is the place to stay. Everything was great, although the bathroom was a little smaller than desired and the shower space was not well designed.

Francesca’s home was incredible. It looks like a house out of vogue magazine ! So stylish and hip. We really enjoyed our time in San Marcos thanks to this beautiful home. We will definitely be back.

Our three night stay at the Glass House was fabulous...beyond words really. It is now our favorite Airbnb in the world! I intentionally chose our stay during April's full moon which created an even more magical experience at the Glass House. We actually had no idea that the view would be so amazing - gazing over Lake Atitlan with views of 3 volcanoes perfectly in the middle of our gaze. The space was absolutely perfect. Accommodations stylish and modern, with amazing interiors and furniture designed by the owners. Loved the fact that the location is so unique and private. One must travel by boat to the property's private dock to access the house. Venturing out to other lakeside pueblos is a quick and inexpensive boat ride away - where a boat taxi can pick you at the dock...you just have to wave a flag for them to come get you. We enjoyed preparing meals in the amazing kitchen overlooking the Lago. So impressive! I could go on and on. If you are lucky to stay here- do not hesitate!

A place to rest with beautiful views and excellent service. The facilities are very nice and comfortable. With good recommendations on how to get around and what activities to do in the area. Super recommended!

Christian and his family were great hosts who welcomed us to their place. I had the pleasure of staying here for three nights, and I couldn't have asked for a warmer, more welcoming experience. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. My kid enjoyed spending time with their children, from playing games to hanging out at the terrace. The home was clean, cozy, and full of positive energy. It had a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, functional bathroom and we felt safe the entire time. Christian gave us a tour of the place and provided suggestions on nearby attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay that feels more like visiting family than just booking a place! :)

don't hesitate to book this place!! such an incredible, magical stay. it was even better than the pictures in person, its your own private treehouse overlooking the lake. antonio & sara were incredible hosts & very helpful/responsive. antonio was able to refill our filtered water when we got low no problem, and even brought a beautiful bouquet of flowers & food for the cat that likes to sleep on the patio :) we stayed for a week and didn't find neighbour noise to be loud whatsoever-the village goes silent around 11pm. beautiful views of the sunrise & sunset/3 volcanoes. the bed is very comfy & kitchen is well equipped. this place is WELL worth its amazing price, cannot recommend it enough!

The best lake view of all the houses I've visited in Sololá!!.. Mikaela and José were super attentive to help with everything... My children and nephews were delighted with the terraces and dock of the house, we'll definitely be back, thanks Monica

Blue Sky casa is absolutely beautiful. Stunning inside and out, with beautiful views of the lake and volcanoes. Stayed with my family of five and had plenty of room to enjoy our family time together. The house was super clean with nice furnishings. The kitchen was very well equipped. Overall the house was perfect for us and I would highly recommend for families, couples, groups. The location is close to the lake, about 8 minutes walking distance. You can only reach the house by climbing up steep steps, about 30 of them so you should be prepared for that. It was worth it for us and not a problem but it definitely would be difficult for some. Beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Would love to stay again in the future.

We loved our stay! We always felt at home and very safe. The private dock and beautiful home was worth every penny. Its a 20ish minute walk to either town (we usually went to San Marcos) but tuktuks and boats are easy to find if not up for the trek. Eric was a wonderful host and always easy to reach, and Clara was so kind and sweet presence to have around the house and property. Thanks Eric and Clara!
