Monthly Rentals in San Lorenzo Beach

James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!

My stay at Mathias' Airbnb was a very pleasant experience. If the place looked beautiful in photos, in person it is much more so. Quiet, spacious, ideal for families or groups of friends. It's close to the main avenue, which helps you move around the city quickly. The hotel's security is very good. Guards and other Airbnb staff are always available to help. Definitely a place I'll be back to.

We felt taken care of completely in this unit. Very impressed. All of our needs were attended to. The apartments themselves were amazing and well appointed and were the best units in the building for sure

It is in a great location in the center of everything, a little noise because it is on main street but the rest is perfect because it is close to everything, especially if you go for some competition
