Room house with 7 years of construction, with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, excellent wifi, terrace, garden, garage for 3 cars, a pool with warm water, in a safe and quiet section very few neighbors, overlooking the spectacular lagoon. It is located 12 minutes from the village of Chapala, 10 minutes from the village of Mezcala, 20 minutes from the village of Mezcala, 20 minutes from the town of Ajijic and 35 minutes from the intl. airport of Guadalajara. Great weather year-round year-round.

Most of the time when you think of glamping being off-grid comes with it. While you're not exactly off-grid here, as you do have electricity and wifi but you are off the beaten path enough to catch the sunset&sunrise from your dome.

you never quite know what's behind that door. this place was wonderful. living room was comfortable. netflix. nice having a bathroom on the main floor. 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms a rare find. a mirador for watching the sunset after a delightful day.

An excellent place to disconnect, one block away from an Oxxo and a good Wi-Fi network. The house does not have food supplies such as salt, oil or natural water, so I recommend taking this into account and bringing them. The garden and the trees are incredibly well cared for, you feel like you're in a little paradise. The house is completely fenced, which made it very safe for our dogs. They told us that they fumigate it constantly, so we hardly found any insects, even though we were in a garden. The pool temperature was excellent and the lady who welcomed us was very kind!

The views of the lake from the condo and from the rooftop patio were absolutely stunning. Greeting the day with a beautiful sunrise was enchanting. The small town of El Chante offered all the shopping I needed. Although there aren't many "dining out" options in El Chante, you can get a bus easily and within a few minutes have tons of restaurant options. Although there were a few issues with power and water outages, they were brief and LiaZa's great communication made it easy to navigate. The security team is exceptional. They were always friendly and ready to support. I would definitely consider returning to this property when I come back to the Lake Chapala area.
