This is a 2nd floor Condo with 2 bedrooms ,and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has 1 king size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin size beds. The condo features a kitchen (with stove, fridge, and kitchenware), living room area with sofa and table, and a balcony with views to the bay. Condos are short 5 min walk from the beach. Beautiful pool and tiki hut, lights up at night for great ambiance. Hill to property is steep - take on the exercise or take a taxi - or ask Juan to drive you into town

Unit 201B is the newest townhome in the Talanguera development and has the best ocean views of all the suites. The balconies off the master bedroom and living area offer unmatched views of the pool, garden area and San Juan del Sur bay. The townhome is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, hot water and we have AC in every room. The development is located at the north end of San Juan del Sur bay just a block off the beach and only a 12 minute walk into town.
