Our luxury studio suite awaits you at the north end of San Juan del Sur bay. Located in the upscale neighbourhood of Barrio la Talanguera, we are only 5 minutes on foot from the beach and 15 minutes from town. Newly constructed, our studio features exposed wooden posts, polished concrete and hand crafted hardwood finishings. From our private deck you have a view of the garden and pool area including our beautiful Guanacaste tree. We fell in love the first time we saw it and I'm sure you will to.

Beautifully designed and decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen, great living room area with wifi and cable TV, and generous size bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms are en-suite with AC hot water, ceiling fans, screens on bedrooms and bathrooms. Fabulous outdoor area and a nice size pool. Maid service at an additional cost. Dogs live on the property.
