Monthly Rentals in San Juan Beach

For our trip we were looking for a small coastal town away from the tourists and found Playa San Juan. We liked the apartment very much, stylishly furnished and well equipped. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Isabell was friendly and helpful. The only compromise is that the apartment is a bit noisy, but overall really recommend it.

Loved the apartment. Perfect size for the two of us to use as a base. Had everything we needed. The garage is a bit tight to get the car in to as cars park on the street opposite the entrance, but it was fantastic to have your own parking space. Great location with the sea just yards away. The Italian on the corner (Heladeria Pizzeria La Cremeria) was delicious but is closed on Wednesday and Thursdays. The fish restaurant next door was also always busy with people queuing constantly to get in. Great contact as we arrived and before we left to get / leave the keys, all a seamless process.

Apartment is spacious and clean and everything you need (bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen, living room, terrace) is present. Also pans, herbs, oil, etc. , you can cook and eat here on the spacious and sunny (but there is also a sun canopy) terrace overlooking the sea. Warm welcome by host and some food items that were ready for us. Good beds, plenty of closet space. Quiet neighborhood, but very central, everything within walking distance: shops, nice cafes and restaurants. Playa San Juan is conveniently located to all kinds of interesting towns, villages, walks, which you could visit and there is a bus. The host is particularly helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful week at Playa San Juan in March 2025. The house could not be in a better location and the views are stunning. It’s just a few steps down to the sheltered beach and the house is equipped with chairs and sunshades. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance, and a supermarket about 1 minute away. It also has a bakery. Check in was straight forward and we received a warm welcome and our hosts explained everything to us. Communication was good, in part because we can manage a little Spanish, and also thanks to AU translations. The highlight for us was a boat trip where we enjoyed dolphins cavorting and having plenty of fun. We also hired a moped in the village so that we could easily explore further afield. The house was clean and well maintained. The only slightly negative comment from us is that while there is a reasonable amount of draw space, there is nowhere to hang anything.
