Es un lugar muy agradable, el trato de Marcelo, Irving, Isabel y Jorge, fueron de exquisita calidad. Estamos muy agradecidos por tan cordial atención. Fueron unas vacaciones muy bendecidas. Dios los bendiga abundantemente.

Todo estuvo perfecto, pasamos unos días increíbles, el lugar lo escogí porque llevo a mi madre, un adulto mayor y la villa era la indicada, en planta baja, frente a la alberca y a unos pasos de la playa.

Es un lugar increíble, lo que destaca principalmente son las vistas tan impresionantes y la piscina que te hace sentir tan cerca de los atardeceres y del mar. Un lugar tranquilo, ideal para viajar en familia por la privacidad y tranquilidad que ofrece. ¡Sin duda volveremos próximamente! 🥰

Our family of 4 had a fantastic time at Rebecca's place. We had plenty of room, plenty of amenities and the view was perfect. What a treat to fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up to the gorgeous beach view. The location was not only so close to the beach but also a very easy walk to vendors, restaurants, cafes, grocery shopping. The location had nice, pristine pools and a beautifully kept residential area. The beds were comfortable and everything was nicely decorated; the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals should we want to. We will definitely be back here!

El departamento cumplió con todo lo que prometía, la ubicación es excelente, los espacios del departamento muy amplios y la alberca muy limpia, tranquila y segura!!! sin duda un gran lugar para disfrutar en familia, estuvimos muy cómodos y contentos!!! Regresamos muy pronto!

Santiago and staff couldn’t have done a better job taking care of our family. From the time of booking to the time we left everything was incredibly straightforward and easy. I would highly recommend you stay at his family’s lovely home.

Un lugar muy agradable y familiar. Ideal para descansar y pasar el tiempo con la familia. La atención de primera, una estancia muy bonita si buscas alejarte del bullicio y escuchar el mar. Definitivamente regresaremos.

We loved our stay at Hacienda La Rusa! Our room was amazing, overlooking the pool. The location is beautiful, with amazing spots to eat close by. We felt right at home and very safe. The staff is awesome, and were so helpful. We could not recommend this spot more. It’s so easy to get to the beach, it’s just behind and through a restaurant (we don’t recommend eating a full meal at the restaurant just behind, but beers and guac there were good!) Would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful time in an amazing spot in Mexico!

La casa está espectacular ! Herminia, Marisol, Leticia y Gerardo estupendas personas, muy amables siempre atentos y sobretodo súper cordiales Es la casa es súper tranquila y tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar ! Herminia cocina exquisito no dejes de probar el cebiche de pescado le queda riquísimo ! Tener la playa a unos pasos es un lujo ! Nos tocó días increíbles para nadar!! Y la cancha de tenis es un lujo extra ! Se disfruta mucho ! Tal vez solo le faltaría alumbrado para poder jugar por la noche ! Pero de verdad Cristóbal y todo su equipo son personas geniales y sobre Todo te hacen sentir como en casa Gracias por todo !! Nos la pasamos de lujo y sin duda alguna volvería a pasar mis vacaciones con ellos !

Una estancia placentera, un lugar tranquilo, relajante, silencioso, todo está cerca de la casa, la casa tiene todo para pasarla increíble, agua caliente, gas, el agua de la alberca riquísima, toallas limpias, 4 baños, 5 habitaciones, jardín, en fin… esperamos regresar pronto, muy buena experiencia.

Recomiendo ampliamente el lugar, Angélica siempre estuvo pendiente, la casa muy cómoda con todos los servicios que se mencionan, volveremos pronto.

Todo impecable, la dispocisión y la atención del sr Héctor siempre fue muy atento y la comunicación muy acertiva, tuvimos un problema con el funcionamiento de la licuadora y tan pronto pudo estaba en la casa para solucionar el problema. La casa en general está en excelentes condiciones, no hay ningún pero al contrario felicitarlo por las condiciones en que se encuentra la casa, todo funcionando al 💯, muy cómoda la casa y la vista que tiene hacia el campo de golf le da un plus extra, en cuanto la alberca está en excelentes condiciones y con muy buena vista y el agua en la temperatura adecuada. La recomiendo completamente mi familia y yo quedamos con muy buen sabor de boca y sin duda la volveríamos a rentar para nuestras futuras vacaciones

Muy bonito lugar, el alojamiento es de lo mejor, la atención que brinda Luis es muy buena también.

Astrid muy atenta a cualquier necesidad que tuviésemos, amigables, el detalle de la canasta de fruta muy bueno. Estuvimos satisfechos con el lugar. La alberca tal cual la describe y una vez que la aspiraron Super bien. Solo revisar muy bien el lugar por cualquier animalito que pudiese esconderse…

El alojamiento es bastante cómodo y amplio. El condominio y la zona de Ixtapa poseen mucha vegetación y vida silvestre, por lo que la experiencia es muy verde y agradable. El apartamento se siente lo suficientemente privado, ya que se puede elegir el nivel de iluminación deseado gracias a las persianas. Hay lavadora, tendedero para secar ropa, lavadero y cocina amplia. Excelente zona si te gusta salir a caminar o correr, ya que no es muy transitada y los carriles son amplios, se percibe seguridad en ese barrio al ser la zona hotelera. Laura estuvo siempre atenta ante cualquier duda o cuestión que necesitáramos expresar, lo cual se agradece mucho.

Excelente experiencia!! Un lugar sin duda extraordinario!! Pasamos unas vacaciones inolvidables, la atención y servicio de las personas de la casa son excelentes en todo sentido !!! La comida de las mejores que haya comido, siempre disponibles y accesibles. El lugar se disfruta al 100 % sin duda regresaremos pronto.

Shelley’s place is exactly as described. It is a wonderful place to watch and listen to the waves. The beach is beautiful, very clean, and great to walk. It is peaceful and not at all overrun with tourists, which makes it feel secluded and safe. One thing that is not mentioned in other reviews is that the house is directly behind the airport. When planes take off is can be quite startling the first few times you hear it, as they are very close when flying over the house. The good news is that it takes less than 30 seconds for them to get out over the ocean and then the noise is gone. It took a little while to get used to it, but once we did it became a non issue. Plus the fact the the flights are few and far between and do not happen early in the morning or late at night makes it even more tolerable. It would not keep us from returning!

Beautiful, comfortable house. Private, quiet and safe area. The street is not named so it took a few minutes to find the first time. We had Google move the address provided to the gate you need to drive through so should be easier for future visitors. It's the only house on the street. Easiest to rent a car here. Restaurants and beaches are close but not close enough to want to walk in the June heat. Gabino, the caretaker, lives in an apartment downstairs and is always available when needed. For the price, we expected things to operate without us needing to ask like turning the hot water on, fixing the dishwasher, A/C units and wifi. We had a lot of cold showers, loud or leaking A/C units and wifi too slow to watch a video or open a webpage but Gabino miraculously fixed everything when asked. We should have asked for fixes much sooner. The pool is the perfect depth for kids and is right outside the living room which is amazing for watching them easily. Overall a great stay!

We love it at Las Villas. This was my 2nd time at David’s place. It’s always a treat. Gorgeous surroundings, great villa that has everything you need. David is very responsive as well. We will be back again.

Casa Kokopeli was amazing! The house was right on the beach and the town is peaceful, safe, and quiet. The housekeeper and maintenance guy did a great job and was always helpful. The host was super nice and helpful when we reached out. THANK YOU Can’t wait to come back!
