Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in San José

I have stayed here before and always come back - the apartment is perfect - fast WiFi and easy to get everywhere in the San Jose area. I use Uber while in CR and the location is perfect - Uber always available quickly. The host is always available and quick to respond to any question and recommendations… As they say - she has very positive energy and is a pleasure to work with on any request. I will be back for sure! Pura Vida

Stayed here for 3 days and it was wonderful. This place was clean and secured. There is a gym and other facilities like the pool. The pool is on the top floor and it was amazing (It overlooks San Jose.) The hosts were friendly and easy to get a hold of. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Awesome apartment, great location! Had an issue where my daughter left her favourite stuffy after checkout and David quickly recovered it and saved the day.

We loved our week-long stay at URBN Escalante. The location is good on the outskirts of Barrio Escalante. The apartment was exactly as pictured and clean. We loved the facilities in the apartment complex like the coworking and social areas, as well as the gym. We would recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to San Jose. The only problem was the honking from the trains which happens very often between 7-8pm and 6-8am, but this is common throughout San Jose. Closing the bedroom doors helped with the noise.

It was such a lovely stay. It was large and the bed was so comfortable. I’d always come here when flying in or out of SJO.

The place was exactly what it was advertised. Me and my family had a good and comfortable stay. The beds were also very comfortable. It is very close to the airport and the City Mall which had a big food court with many options for reasonable prices if you’re trying to save a little. Me and my family had a great stay.

Really liked the apartment! The beds are very comfortable. The two Air conditioners are very cold. The views from all the rooms are great with huge windows. Bars and restaurants are a few steps away with a park down the road. I would stay again!

The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped. The staff at the condominium lobby are super friendly and help you with anything you need. Ernesto is waiting for your arrival and gives you very clear instructions to make your stay pleasant. I definitely recommend this place.

Our stay here was awesome! This was our first night in Costa Rica and our host made everything as easy as possible for us, eliminating any unnecessary anxiety. The host and his wife were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The view is absolutely amazing and there is much to see and do locally. 10/10!

We stayed in one of the casita's on this property and loved it. We have traveled the world and trust me Lisa thought of every detail imaginable. This property is beautiful during the day and with the stunning lighting in the evening, it is breathtaking! This host is the quintessential SUPER HOST! She has thought of everything, is highly communicative, helpful, gives excellent recommendations and runs a tight ship with regard to cleanliness and accessibility. As Americans traveling in Costa Rica this host has made sure that all of the luxuries of home are installed here so it made our stay comfortable and easy. With impeccable taste and forethought put into this property, you will not be disappointed!

It was very nice to stay here before we needed to go to the airport. Very clean house with modern furniture. Showers were great and my girlfriend never had better shampoo than over here.

We had a wonderful short stay at Francisco’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a perfect balance of minimalism and functionality. As parents of a little baby, we felt completely at ease letting him explore, knowing the space was safe and well-kept. Francisco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

Excellent host, and one of the best equipped homes we have stayed in!! Very well decorated and sure made you feel the luxury component that this place offers. Directly around the corner from the unit is common area with conference rooms , gym, and an elegant lap pool backed by a forested setting! Highly recommended option!!
