Lorna's place felt like a home away from home. The comfortable and welcoming atmosphere made for a truly relaxing stay. Ma'am Delfa was incredibly accommodating – we were able to check in early thanks to her flexibility, and she even offered to help us with our luggages which went above and beyond our expectations. Secure area with an outstanding view of Rizal park, Manila bay, and the city. Ice cold living room AC and a small bedroom AC made the place comfortably cool. Had an issue with the smart lock but our host Maria was super helpful, professional, and polite - and she diffused the problem. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended another day. Just note that if you order food service delivery- past 8pm - it gets dropped off in the P2 garage. We would stay here again.

Great location – close enough to the high street for convenience, but far enough for peace. Everything you need is walkable, which was a refreshing change from Manila. You're also a short Grab ride from MOA and other landmarks – just plan ahead for traffic. The host was helpful with local tips, and the apartment was clean, comfy, and great value. We wish we had time to enjoy the pool! Highly recommend, but note: this isn’t a hotel. There’s no bellhop and reception is just for security. Check-in is self-service and easy once you know.

The place was so beautiful and clean!! I love love that its so huge!!! Looked just like the photos 🥰 really enjoyed staying there because the place is cozy and relaxing. I love everyrhing!!! Especially the lights 😍😍 everything is perfect!! The hosts are very kind and responsive. Finally found a new place to stay in whenever I wanna go to Eastwood. 100/10!!!! 🤍🤍🤍

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

We have a great stay at Richard's place. Almost everything is there. We will definitely stay there again..

I recently stayed at the 2-bedroom condo at Patrick's Place, and it was an absolutely luxurious experience. The space was beautifully designed, modern, and impeccably clean. Each room offered comfort and style, making it feel like a high-end retreat. The amenities exceeded expectations, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and upscale. The location is 8mins away from SM Aura and all other major spots in BGC. It was tucked in a gated community in a quiet neighborhood. The house is quite new and everything in it. Love the kitchen utensils and cutleries, the cute accessories and decoration at the toilet, the modern lamps are tasteful and the TV is huge. I also love the mechanisms on the sliding doors, it slides smooth. All in all its one of the best place we’ve stayed in Manila, so i highly recommend it.

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

This place was next-level awesome. I’m convinced the host has a secret superhero power for making things spotless and cozy, honestly, I half expected a butler to appear! Every little detail was so perfect, it felt like the place was giving us a warm hug. 💯 The host, Thina! was basically a texting ninja,😂 fast replies, super helpful, and zero “ghosting” drama. Made the whole stay smooth as butter. If you’re looking for a peaceful hideout that’s close enough to civilization (and coffee), this spot’s a total winner.✨ We’re already plotting our next visit, maybe this time I’ll try not to hog the couch bed! 😂

We had a great stay! The room is really nice and clean, not overly decorated, our agenda there is near the building which is good, the host is also very responsive. Overall it is 8.5/10 experience!

I have no complaints… I’m a returning guest and this is where I intend to stay on all my future trips to Manila… the hosts are great, the unit is a good size and well equipped and its location is conveniently near the mall.

Overall, it was a great experience. I just wish there had been garbage bags available in the unit, especially for long stays.

The unit is very accessible to a lot of malls and restaurants as its in the center. It had the basic amenities and internet in case you are working. Had a great stay and will surely stay here again :)

Host wise, Abner was very responsive and assisted when they could. Lovely home, with necessities that you may need during the stay. The water heater had some hiccup but that was rectified quickly. Location is very good, attached to Air Mall and walking distance to a few places (faster than traffic for sure). Air Con, washer/dryer and tv was great too. Minor hiccups: waiting for the list was crazy especially at peak hours (not Abner’s fault, just for those booking to take note), cooking hood could be a bit stronger. Otherwise, definitely recommended due to host’s engagement as well as comfort/cleanliness/location of the unit.

The place had complete amenities which made it a comfortable stay. There is a convenience store nearby, and is also within walkable distance to various restaurants. The host communicates well.
