Our apartment is located at less than 200 metres from the sea. It is a ground floor apartment which comprises a good size living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bank bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment benefits from a veranda, accessible from the main living area, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the coast. The outdoor area is equipped with dining table and chairs and benefits from a barbecue.

My place is 5 meters from the beach, the garden gate opens directly to the sea. In the garden there is a beach with deck chairs and umbrellas, barbecue, shower, beautiful panoramic views. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups and pets. It is super equipped, all comforts, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven. COD IUN P3154. For the Security Decree, each guest must present an ID upon arrival.

The house is very welcoming and well organized. There's nothing missing. The location is great and the sea view priceless. If you don't want to drive, the beach below the house is fine. Following the beach you can take nice walks to San Giovanni Sinis and the archaeological site of Tharros (about half an hour walk) or on the opposite side towards the Oasis of Seu. Alternatively, a few minutes' drive away, you can reach the most beautiful beaches of the peninsula. There is a small market within walking distance but we never tried it. For groceries we always went to Cabras (a few minutes drive) to the supermarket "Vicino a me" where we were happy. We didn't know the Sinis peninsula and it was a nice discovery. Giuseppino the owner was always kind and helpful even if we didn't have the chance to meet. Everything was fine!!

This is one of the most beautiful apartments that we rented through Airbnb- clean , spacious, modern, located 5 min walking from the old downtown. Parking spaces are available around the building.

Location is perfect for a quiet get away, especially now during this off season. The ocean is across the way, visible from both terraces, and all windows, which allowed us to truly enjoy the beautiful sunsets. House is spacious, and bright. Short rides to Tharros to see the archaeological sites, Cabras & Oristano for grocery stores and restaurants. Hosts, were extremely attentive and always giving us suggestions for places to go & visit!

Very friendly and helpful host. Location is top if you want good beaches and restaurants. Many activities to do nearby or by a short 1-2h drive. location felt safe and the apartment is fairly priced.
