The apartment was great although the location for me was away from everything and had to take a car. Still a good area to get around with the car as it's close to several beach areas.

We had a great stay in Pilar’s place. Accessible and with good links to Jerez centre by bus and good local bars and restaurants. Pilar is a brilliant host.

I spent a full week in mid April with my wife and teenage son in Rocio's house. The house is just like it can be seen in the description and photos -- everything is in very good condition and looks great, from mattresses to bathrooms (2 on the first floor, one additional toilet some steps below) to the main room (which combines the living room with the kitchen). The atmosphere was also quite positive, and Maria (who takes good care of guests in Chiclana) was always available for questions and support -- that was great! The house comes with a parking garage, which we didn't use though (it tends to be rather small). We instead used the available parking spots outside the building complex. (There were plenty of free spaces; it started to fill up when Easter arrived.) The whole area and complex were relatively quiet and calm (it might be somewhat more turbulent in the summer though). Be prepared that the walls of the house tend to be somewhat thin, so that you can hear your neighbors.

Before and during the stay, Maria was always available to answer our questions about the accommodation and surrounding activities. The accommodation is very well located in a quiet area, close to transport, close to shops and close to a beautiful beach. Regarding layout, the private apartment is fully equipped, in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom, all very clean To give an overall rating, I would put 200%. Highly recommended.

Very chic house - photos don’t do it justice. About a 20 minute walk into the main bit of town - some amazing restaurants including El Muro, Vinografica and the San Francisco Mercado. We also visited the lovely beaches where you can surf or horse ride.

Beautiful house with very well equipped kitchen and a garden with pool. Beautiful beach and restaurants within walking distance. Communication with the host was very good.

I loved my stay in the house, I stayed for 1 month. Its is a beautiful, modern, clean big house with everything you need, including a nice garden. Location is perfect close to the beach, town is about 15 min walk. Visiting other towns is better by car. Would recommend this place and hope to return. Alberto was super helpfull with everything.

The accommodation is ideal for staying a few days, the common areas (pool and garden) are great. The location is also very good especially if you have a car to get around the villages in the area. The only negative thing I highlight is that the apartment can be a little cold and the towels do not dry by the humidity.

Giulia is a 10-star host. I am surprised by her quality as a host since she has surpassed all the previous ones, and some of them were very good. She is very friendly and helpful, responding and reporting on every detail and making communication as easy as possible. This allows the guest to feel confident and safe upon arrival. Her house is beautiful and has great views in a special corner of Arcos de la Frontera. When we arrived everything was very clean and tidy, and we were surprised with details such as a box of varieties of infusions or a very nice coffee corner prepared, which makes you feel even more welcomed in the house and with good sensations. The bed is very comfortable and large and the linens were impeccable as well as the towels. A wonderful experience because Giulia made it so. Make a difference compared to other hosts. Jose is a good host, before arriving he was already helping us with the places to visit and where to eat. He recommended very good restaurants. The house is very well equipped, clean and quiet, with a very good location and 200 meters from the beach

We really liked it. Lots of peace and tranquility. The apartment is small but cozy, with everything you need to spend a few days. Both my children and we really enjoyed the pool. Angela and the cleaning lady are sweethearts.

Very well located apartment in the center of the port, surrounded by countless bars and pubs, close to bus and taxi stops and located on a quiet street. As for the apartment inside, very neat and clean and very well equipped with all kinds of things, we will be back.
