The stay was otima, all amenities working. It had everything you could expect and more. Heating the environment I used, hot shower, large bathroom, full kitchen! The location is very good, restaurants , shops. The train station is 12 minutes walking.

We felt super comfortable in the cucchiari suite! I want to highlight the cleanliness of the place, opening the door and it smelling clean is a pleasure! The shower had very hot water and pressure. The neighborhood is super quiet with spectacular greenery and the soft singing of the birds makes it even more charming 😍 It is a few blocks from downtown, so you can walk and admire the infrastructure and order of this beautiful city! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This was my 4th time visiting Modena and I was here for 6 weeks. Elisabetta's place is perfect for long or short-term stays. She offered a weekly cleaning service which was flexible according to my schedule. There is a washer and iron which helped because I only packed about a week's worth of clothes. Also, there's a nice small kitchen and an espresso maker, along with a water kettle for tea. The location is just a few minutes from the Albinelli Market, where I got all my food supplies plus I had lunch there many times at the various places inside. The apartment is in the heart of Modena and the perfect place to stay. Elisabetta was very responsive to any issues that arose and took care of them right away. I would definitely recommend Elisabetta's place to anyone visiting Modena. You won't be disappointed!
