Very nice and spacious apartments. In addition, Roberto is a very friendly and always attentive host. As for the location, it has advantages (the tranquility and green environment) and disadvantages (to get to the center, it's 10-15 minutes by taxi or minibus). I think it's ideal for digital nomads staying in San Cristóbal for several weeks or months. In short, I really liked the place and I plan to stay here again on another occasion.

We stayed here for two months, April and May. The best thing about this apartment is the beautiful view of San Cristobal and the surrounding mountains from the terrace. The wonderful host, Luis, who lives on the premises, was educated and well-traveled, and we enjoyed talking with him about the different places we had both been in the world. He was also always immediately responsive to any issues we might have. We have lived all over the world since leaving the US 20 months ago, and the kitchen was quite large and, hands down, the best we have had anywhere. Also, we thought the beds were very comfortable. And the property also has its own washer and dryer. The house is divided into several Airbnb rentals. It is pretty walkable to El Centro and the Guadalupe Walking Street—about a 15 to 20-minute walk. In addition, there are restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and an OXXO close by. The park is about a half-block away, and it is easy and inexpensive to get a taxi from there to anywhere in San Cristobal. The downside would be the same as everywhere in Mexico that we have been—noise, although the internet (usually a problem) was actually pretty good here, and compared to other places we have been in Mexico, we really couldn’t complain much. The street has a fair amount of traffic, but we didn’t hear a lot of dogs barking, which is usually a big problem for us in Mexico; however, we did hear firecrackers—sometimes because of people celebrating a particular holiday. We never felt unsafe, especially walking at night, but we always stayed on the main streets in the main areas.

The location and space was perfect. Very close to local restaurants and el Centro. The apartment includes washer and dryer on the roof terrace which was very convenient. Edgar was very responsive to any issues or concerns. The check-in was fast and easy. I recommend this space if you’re looking to stay in San Cris.

This home was beautiful wish we could have stayed longer !!! Once your inside the building looks like your in a different place peaceful and relaxing very close by to little shops . Everyone was very nice and pleasant would definitely recommend this home to anyone coming to visit San christobal

Dream house, super cozy. Very spacious. The decoration is beautiful. The beds are super rich. The two excellent tinas. It is a very comfortable place to go with children. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Casa San Ni again. Alejandra is a 10 host:), you can't ask for more, think about all the details , she has great recommendations and is super proactive and attentive. The area is for a rest from the fast life of the city but in 20 minutes walking you reach everything, you have good restaurants and shops less than 10 minutes away. The food out there is very good. We walk day and night and the area is very safe. Friendly neighbors. Lots of greenery everywhere. See you next time San Cristobal.

Arely actively communicated with us during our stay and was fast to respond with our inquiries. We loved how we felt at home and her listing is ideal for a private comfortable stay for a big group of friends. Would recommend you have transportation in place for convenience, even though there is the option for taxis near the neighborhood. Overall, I would recommend you book this listing !

Mirena's place is absolute gem!!! We absolutely loved this house. There was so much space for us as a couple. It was so clean. We really appreciated the washing machine and drying facilities. The bed was so big and comfy and great to come back to after a day of exploring. The balcony and little garden were my favourite parts and the views were amazing!! I 100% recommend and would definitely return here.

It has everything you need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay, everything is impeccable, the house is super cozy. We arrived at night and they welcomed us very well. I also forgot a few things and had to go back for them, and they were always very kind. We would definitely stay at Casa de los Arrayanes again.

The house is beautifully designed on the side of a hill, to capture the energy of the topography. There is a 300 degree view from the patio overlooking fields and the city. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to cook in. The beds are comfortable, and there is even a small private backyard. It is in a real neighborhood, with shops, restaurants etc, and a 15-minute walk to the historic district. We loved staying here and would come back again.

The place is very nice, comfortable, more if you are traveling as a family, easy to locate and has many things nearby, from the walkers where there are restaurants, cafes, clothing venues, there are also museums, churches, markets to buy fresh fruits and vegetables. The rooms are very comfortable and warm, the space in general very clean.

This was our second stay at the house and we love it so much. Lovely setting, walkable to town, plenty of space and a very fair price. Looking forward to staying here again next year!!

A family's dream of having a house in the mountains has come true, a beautiful house with cozy spaces. Each room is decorated and set with exclusive detail. Designed so that when you arrive you focus on enjoying seeing its decoration, comfortable beds, impeccable bathrooms and kitchens. Waking up with the daylight from its skylight, the beautiful views from the bedroom windows is something that makes you relax and not want to leave. The dining and patio areas are large, bright, beautiful and comfortable. And when you thought it couldn't get any better, there's the garden, an area that captivates you as soon as you begin to carefully observe the excellent care and relationship they have with nature. Huge trees, super-manicured lawn, the smell of lavender in the morning, is what my family and I take away as a memory. Enjoying a cup of coffee and walking through that immense and wonderful garden is something we will do very soon. We will definitely be frequent customers of this beautiful house.

Excellent location near the main square, commerce, restaurants , and places of interest, clean and tidy place, good attention from the hosts, I would come back to stay again without hesitation.

Very good accommodation if you need to spend the night in Tuxtla and you have pets. It is very close to main roads so it has easy exit to several sites. The parking lot is a bit narrow. The area is not beautiful but it is close to supermarkets and restaurants. The air conditioners work super and the space is spacious. The hosts are very responsive and the check-in instructions are very clear. Recommended.
