Great apartment with access to the main area by foot, I felt at home there and was a great base to explore the Chiapas region!

Awww, that was a great house. We have felt infinitely comfortable! An absolute Mexican experience, the work that goes into the garden and every detail is incredible. Like Frida Kahlo. Outside, there is even a young man watching the street. Thanks for the beautiful memory that will last forever !!!

We were enchanted by the pictured views and decided to splurge on this huge place for a few nights. It was a great experience all around. Well appointed kitchen(s) comfortable beds, bottled water, a modern washer and dryer and plenty of hot water.

Perfect location in center of old city, next to many cafes, shops and restaurants. Lauro was very friendly and responsive. The house is very large, comfortable and quiet. Internet was not super fast but sufficient to have video calls in most cases.

I highly recommend this accommodation. It complied with all my sexpetativos and without a doubt in very central and with ease of walking in Sancris and very safe we leave it a few blocks ahead until the last day we left our instance and everything was very good.

We really liked the house. It is clean, there is hot water (you need to wait a little), the kitchen has EVERYTHING you need. This is not a joke. There is also a cocoa museum next to the house, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the center. Rebecca helped me with problems, answered all my questions. We were looking for a quiet family place - we found it!! Thank you very much, we will definitely come again!

A super centrally-located place! Just a couple of blocks from the night spots, which I found very comfortable as I was quick back on my way out at night. A very quiet street with a great variety of useful establishments around.

Dead end street, even a school on the open end. Rx for rare quiet in Mexico: incessant barking dog; base tuned to 11; IF THE FEW PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE DO NOT BLOW IT WITH A 2:30am block party.

My wife and I visited San Cristóbal especially to rest and we achieved our goal. A lot of peace and quiet in the area and on the property. Everything is very accessible and safe. The apartment always had hot water for us, who are sensitive to the cold. Very clean bedding. Very spacious apartment. We were 100% satisfied.

I had a fantastic stay. The home was exactly as described clean and comfortable. The location was perfect because it is close to everything, including great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife making it super convenient to explore the area. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, yet just minutes away from all the action. I definitely recommend if you are visiting.

I really felt at home in this apartment. It has everything you need for a long stay, plus I work online making calls and the internet worked very well. My favorite part was the front garden where I could go out to sunbathe and admire the beautiful view. Thank you for everything Jet, I would definitely come back!

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, but there are small stores, coffee shops, and place to buy bread and fresh fruits and vegetables near by. The apartment is bright, has a small portable heater and fireplace, though heat is rarely needed. There is a shared washer and dryer, and a small patio where one can sit in the sun. if you need anything, Marcos responds immediately (he's bilingual, helpful, and solves any problem quickly). He's a great guy. Cata, the maid, does an excellent job keeping the apartment clean, linens changed, everything in order. Juan, the gardener keeps the grounds looking fine, and he can help if you need firewood or want to see what's growing in the garden. There are a few steep stairs in the apartment, so someone with mobility issues might have an issue, but the place and staff are the best you will find in San Cristobal. if you get hungry, walk to La Cocina for dinner, or Madonna Mia Pizza, or our favorite breakfast spot, Sweetbeat.

It is a great place to stay and Cristòbal and Martin are great hosts. Everything was very neat and clean and tastefully decorated. The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything and quiet. The hosts were always helpful and very nice. My husband and I felt immediately comfortable. We were able to walk to all the sights. This place is highly recommended.

This place was great for us. We stayed here for about a week. The location is great and checkin was easy. Communication was excellent as well. We had a rental car and finding street parking was not too difficult. I would stay here again.

Great, comfortable apartment! Close to downtown San Cristóbal, the bus terminal, pharmacies, and everything you need to have a good stay. The only thing to consider is that the spiral staircase can be a little uncomfortable to go up and down suitcases or large bags. And that there's a dance school nearby, so there might be some noise during the day. But other than that, I recommend it 100%.

Having made the reservation in Casa Arcilla was my best decision in my time in San Cristobal. Mercedes is an excellent host, everything is very clean, excellent servio and an immediate response. I would definitely book again,

One thing I didn't anticipate coming from Palenque, it's cool at home! However, it is 2100 above sea level and the temperature of 14 degrees Celsius unpleasantly surprised me! Other than that, it's a wonderful place to get away from the bustling downtown San Christobal! It is a washer and dryer!!! Hot shower and comfy bed! View from the windows to the forest and the mountains!
