Super easy to get to, the bus terminal is nearby, they take you to another place to see everything nearby, OXXO is nearby, for those who like bread, there's a bakery next door, you can easily walk to the historic center, hot water, very good for those who know how to use it, for those who don't, because they don't know how to use it, everything is excellent... the best place in San Cristóbal to stay,😊 thanks friend...

We were enchanted by the pictured views and decided to splurge on this huge place for a few nights. It was a great experience all around. Well appointed kitchen(s) comfortable beds, bottled water, a modern washer and dryer and plenty of hot water.

Excellent accommodation we loved that think of everything because they had things for babies and children and we were with 2 little ones, the location was ideal because we were everywhere walking

Spacious spaces, wonderful gardens, everything was clean and very comfortable. If they go to San Cristóbal do not hesitate to stay with Rebecca undoubtedly the best host we have found.

A super centrally-located place! Just a couple of blocks from the night spots, which I found very comfortable as I was quick back on my way out at night. A very quiet street with a great variety of useful establishments around.

My wife and I visited San Cristóbal especially to rest and we achieved our goal. A lot of peace and quiet in the area and on the property. Everything is very accessible and safe. The apartment always had hot water for us, who are sensitive to the cold. Very clean bedding. Very spacious apartment. We were 100% satisfied.

I really felt at home in this apartment. It has everything you need for a long stay, plus I work online making calls and the internet worked very well. My favorite part was the front garden where I could go out to sunbathe and admire the beautiful view. Thank you for everything Jet, I would definitely come back!

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, but there are small stores, coffee shops, and place to buy bread and fresh fruits and vegetables near by. The apartment is bright, has a small portable heater and fireplace, though heat is rarely needed. There is a shared washer and dryer, and a small patio where one can sit in the sun. if you need anything, Marcos responds immediately (he's bilingual, helpful, and solves any problem quickly). He's a great guy. Cata, the maid, does an excellent job keeping the apartment clean, linens changed, everything in order. Juan, the gardener keeps the grounds looking fine, and he can help if you need firewood or want to see what's growing in the garden. There are a few steep stairs in the apartment, so someone with mobility issues might have an issue, but the place and staff are the best you will find in San Cristobal. if you get hungry, walk to La Cocina for dinner, or Madonna Mia Pizza, or our favorite breakfast spot, Sweetbeat.

It is a great place to stay and Cristòbal and Martin are great hosts. Everything was very neat and clean and tastefully decorated. The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything and quiet. The hosts were always helpful and very nice. My husband and I felt immediately comfortable. We were able to walk to all the sights. This place is highly recommended.

An organized and clean space, respectful and supportive attention. The bathrooms are very clean, the coffee is delicious, clean beds and towels... due to fatigue we stayed one night and we could not watch a show on TV on Netflix, although they charge for such a service they should offer it, apart from that I highly recommend it... thank you

Great, comfortable apartment! Close to downtown San Cristóbal, the bus terminal, pharmacies, and everything you need to have a good stay. The only thing to consider is that the spiral staircase can be a little uncomfortable to go up and down suitcases or large bags. And that there's a dance school nearby, so there might be some noise during the day. But other than that, I recommend it 100%.

The immediate attention from the hosts , the place like the photos, is close to shops where we find everything at a great price, hand tortillas, vegetables, etc. , you can walk near the center. We found everything clean and tidy.

The host's attention was quick and efficient, he arranged the reservation in a short time despite the times, I recommend the place as it is warm, private, very well kept, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with hot water, and a fully-equipped kitchen. My daughters loved the detail of a functional typewriter, for them it was something new, since everything is PC today. The garden is small but beautiful.

Having made the reservation in Casa Arcilla was my best decision in my time in San Cristobal. Mercedes is an excellent host, everything is very clean, excellent servio and an immediate response. I would definitely book again,

One thing I didn't anticipate coming from Palenque, it's cool at home! However, it is 2100 above sea level and the temperature of 14 degrees Celsius unpleasantly surprised me! Other than that, it's a wonderful place to get away from the bustling downtown San Christobal! It is a washer and dryer!!! Hot shower and comfy bed! View from the windows to the forest and the mountains!
