We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is a good starting point for many activities on the island. The house is really unique and thoughtful. The terrace with the breathtaking view was definitely a highlight. Communication with the hosts was straightforward, very friendly and helpful – a small power outage was responded to immediately and the issue was quickly resolved. We were also very happy about the beautiful fruit basket and the wine as a welcome gift. All in all, an absolutely recommended place to stay.

Stayed 10 nights in Casa Nueva. The villas are centrally located in a peaceful quiet area, but close to all amenities of costa adeje. Its an excellent location for exploring the island we visited most areas of the South of tenerife, tiede and santa de cruz. The villas are huge we loved the feel of the casa nueva with its traditional decor but modern appliances. There are loads of seating areas to eat and relax. The villas are well equipped with everything that you would need. The villas are spotless and the housemaids were friendly and attentive. Check-in was very easy and Ruth provided us with all the necessary information and answered any questions. The outside space was lovely with beautiful plants and palm trees. The pool was never crowded and is heated and was cleaned regularly. Overall, we had a great experience in casa nueva, peaceful and central location, cleanliness, space available in and outdoor and the staff made this a perfect holiday. Hopefully return soon.

We absolutely loved this house! So much bigger than the pictures suggest and the two outside areas are massive. Great spot about 30 mins from beach, the house had everything we needed with 5 teenagers in tow and the pool and pool area was pristine with beautiful views. We would highly recommend this for a family holiday, much better than a hotel or apartment, great supermarket and restaurants a 15 minute walk away and Ailyn is so lovely and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The property was clean, well maintained, modern, great facilities and as described. There was clear communication of how to check in, and the flexibility of adjusting our check out time to accommodate our later flight was really appreciated. Nothing was to much trouble from the host & any questions we had regarding local information was replied to quickly & very informative. Would definitely recommend this property & host, thank you so much for making our stay so easy🙂

Pedro’s place was pristine and appropriately furnished, Eating outdoor was wonderful in the private terraced area. As Abades is a dream place for diving, we found the outdoor shower a real plus to clean up and keep the gear safe to dry. The Large TV was great to watch movies in the evenings. We had a brilliant, care free, relaxing time at Pedro’s place with my sons, 2 teenagers/young adults that are not confident swimmers and gently started to enjoy outdoor activity and discovered snorkelling. Pedro was very responsive, chilled and caring… He was flexible with check out times which helped us with plane times on the last day. Recommended!

I spent an exceptional week in this peaceful home, ideal to unwind. The property offers many living spaces, perfect for enjoying the stay indoors and outdoors. The pool is a real plus, and the view of the bay and mountains is simply breathtaking. The environment is quiet and enchanting, exactly what I was looking for. Abel was a remarkable host, both attentive and discreet. The house is as described. I recommend this rental without hesitation!

Beautiful villa, great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Everything exactly as described. Bella was an excellent host, great communication and very responsive to any questions. We had a fantastic stay!

Very well located in a quiet residence. The village and the coast allow for walks, while offering nearby bars and restaurants. Juanma is very friendly and attentive. 5 stars well deserved!

Very pretty and spacious apartment, quiet neighborhood. Appartment was well equipped, we had everything we needed. Big pool with not many people, good place to relax. Hosts easy to communicate and very flexible. Good to have a car for grocery shopping and traveling around the island.

We stayed with José for the 2nd time and his hospitality and the apartment and attention to detail are really unique. We enjoyed many sunsets on the terrace and love the tranquility. You can reach everything in 10-15 minutes by car and still have a fantastic retreat! José is very helpful and always on hand. We will be back for sure.

This is a very spacious and bright apartment, equipped with everything needed, especially when traveling with children. The swimming pool area is fantastic – clean, well-maintained, and featuring a kids' section. While some minor aspects could use a little refreshment, such as the shower doors near the tray, these are small points. The check-in experience could have been smoother; the person who welcomed us seemed rushed and stressed and arrived a bit late towards our arrival. Overall, I would recommend this place and would happily return.

Staying at Daniel’s beautiful apartment was an unforgettable experience. The view overlooking the ocean was simply breathtaking—waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was pure magic. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind and truly relax. We stayed in Yvonne and Juan's apartment for 1 week. The apartment is super cozy, very tastefully decorated and super equipped. The great roof terrace is the perfect place for breakfast and sunbathing🌞. Although the apartment is right in the center, it is super quiet at night. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and nice bars are very close and within walking distance. Yvonne is a great host, always helpful, and yet she respects the privacy of her guests. The apartment was an absolute delight! Away from busy area, it offers peace and privacy while still being close enough to everything you need. Parking space inside the residence 👌 The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the modern comforts anyone would expect. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, I enjoyed having meals on the terrace with view to spectacular sunsets. One of the highlights was the lovely pool area—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make me feel welcome, offering great local recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. If you're looking for a true getaway with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect spot. I had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back!

Everything is well described and well described. Home looks like the photos and is super equipped and clean. The host gives helpful tips and cares about the welfare of the guests if you want to.

I loved the accommodation and area. The accommodation was spotless and clean & Paula always answered any questions I had in a quick manner. The scenery is absolutely beautiful from the balcony and everyone was so friendly around the neighbourhood. The beach is a 5 minute walk and is absolutely gorgeous and it’s perfect for sunbathing.

Very quiet and relaxed apartment, with fantastic views of the sea. So quiet and sheltered from the wind that you can even sleep on the balcony. We had a rental car and explored the island for two weeks. The apartment is located on a steep slope, which requires a little courage when parking, but 2 minutes' walk away is also a free parking space at ground level. High-quality amenities, clean and well maintained. Great property for a romantic couple's vacation or anyone looking for some peace and quiet from stressful city life. There are many hiking trails and viewpoints within walking distance. Lidl, doctor (German), Loro Parque or Punta Brava are only 5 minutes away by car. Host and manager were always responsive and responded quickly. All our wishes were fulfilled and we were provided with advice and assistance. On-site Wi-Fi is great, Internet fast and stable. In terms of price, it's already at the pain threshold, but for that -> peace...

We had a great stay here as a family of 5. The complex is brilliant: the heated pool, choice of pools and bar. Food and drinks there are excellent. Very secure and good to have a dedicated parking spot. The apartment is spacious and worth the money paid. The terrace gets the sun and there are 2 loungers if you don’t want to hang out at the pool. We had a car and so explored the island, sometimes chasing the sun. The restaurant round the corner is excellent osteria San gennaro. Highly recommended stay.

We had a lovely week in the apartment! Everything was very clean, well equipped and the beds super comfortable. The view of the sea and pool is good, the pool is beautiful (albeit a bit cool).
