Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten auf der Insel. Das Haus ist wirklich einzigartig und durchdacht. Die Terrasse mit dem atemberaubenden Ausblick war definitiv ein Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – bei einem kleinen Stromausfall wurde sofort reagiert und das Problem schnell behoben. Wir haben uns auch über den schönen Obstkorb und den Wein als Willkommensgeschenk sehr gefreut. Alles in allem eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Stayed 10 nights in Casa Nueva. The villas are centrally located in a peaceful quiet area, but close to all amenities of costa adeje. Its an excellent location for exploring the island we visited most areas of the South of tenerife, tiede and santa de cruz. The villas are huge we loved the feel of the casa nueva with its traditional decor but modern appliances. There are loads of seating areas to eat and relax. The villas are well equipped with everything that you would need. The villas are spotless and the housemaids were friendly and attentive. Check-in was very easy and Ruth provided us with all the necessary information and answered any questions. The outside space was lovely with beautiful plants and palm trees. The pool was never crowded and is heated and was cleaned regularly. Overall, we had a great experience in casa nueva, peaceful and central location, cleanliness, space available in and outdoor and the staff made this a perfect holiday. Hopefully return soon.

We absolutely loved this house! So much bigger than the pictures suggest and the two outside areas are massive. Great spot about 30 mins from beach, the house had everything we needed with 5 teenagers in tow and the pool and pool area was pristine with beautiful views. We would highly recommend this for a family holiday, much better than a hotel or apartment, great supermarket and restaurants a 15 minute walk away and Ailyn is so lovely and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The property was clean, well maintained, modern, great facilities and as described. There was clear communication of how to check in, and the flexibility of adjusting our check out time to accommodate our later flight was really appreciated. Nothing was to much trouble from the host & any questions we had regarding local information was replied to quickly & very informative. Would definitely recommend this property & host, thank you so much for making our stay so easy🙂

Pedro’s place was pristine and appropriately furnished, Eating outdoor was wonderful in the private terraced area. As Abades is a dream place for diving, we found the outdoor shower a real plus to clean up and keep the gear safe to dry. The Large TV was great to watch movies in the evenings. We had a brilliant, care free, relaxing time at Pedro’s place with my sons, 2 teenagers/young adults that are not confident swimmers and gently started to enjoy outdoor activity and discovered snorkelling. Pedro was very responsive, chilled and caring… He was flexible with check out times which helped us with plane times on the last day. Recommended!

J’ai passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cette maison paisible, idéale pour se ressourcer. La propriété offre de nombreux espaces de vie, parfaits pour profiter pleinement du séjour en intérieur comme en extérieur. La piscine est un vrai plus, et la vue sur la baie et les montagnes est tout simplement à couper le souffle. L’environnement est calme et enchanteur, exactement ce que je recherchais. Abel a été un hôte remarquable, à la fois attentif et discret. La maison correspond en tous points à la description. Je recommande cette location sans la moindre hésitation !

Beautiful villa, great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Everything exactly as described. Bella was an excellent host, great communication and very responsive to any questions. We had a fantastic stay!

Logement très bien situé dans une résidence calme. Le village et la cote permettent de faire des balades, tout en offrant bar et restaurants proches. Juanma est très accueillant et attentif. 5 étoiles amplement méritées !

L'appartement est très bien situé à Santa Cruz face à un parc verdoyant, et à proximité de l'hyper-centre piéton pour accéder facilement aux restaurants et bars. Le parking conseillé à 10€ par jour rend le stationnement facile, il est également possible de se garer gratuitement autour du parc. Le logement est fidèle à l'annonce, accueillant, confortable et propre. La literie est de bonne qualité. Même si nous n'avons pas cuisiné, la cuisine possède tout le nécessaire pour se débrouiller quelques jours. Il y a aussi le minimum dans les salles de bain (savon, eau micellaire, cotons) ce qui est très appréciable en cas de besoin. Enfin, Betty a été très claire et réactive sur la communication. Seul bémol, l'inconvénient de l'avantage d'être en plein centre est donc d'avoir le bruit de la circulation, mais avec des bouchons d'oreille, problème réglé.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het appartement in Magnolia La Caleta. Vanaf het begin zorgden host Olga en haar familie voor een warm en hartelijk ontvangst, wat ons verblijf extra speciaal maakte. Het appartement zelf is ruim, netjes en zeer schoon. Het voelde echt als een tweede thuis. Het grote terras was een van onze favoriete plekken om te ontspannen, ideaal voor ontbijt in de ochtend of een drankje in de avond. De faciliteiten in het complex zijn uitstekend. Zowel het zwembad als de gym waren goed onderhouden en nooit te druk, wat het erg aangenaam maakte om hiervan gebruik te maken. Een klein minpuntje is de padelbaan, die voor wat lawaai zorgt maar dit had weinig impact op onze ervaring aangezien we vaak op stap waren om de omgeving te verkennen. Kortom, een uitstekende accommodatie die wij zonder twijfel aanraden. Een groot compliment voor Olga en haar familie voor hun gastvrijheid en oog voor detail!

Wir waren zum 2. mal bei José und seine Gastfreundschaft und die Wohnung und die Liebe zum Detail sind wirklich einzigartig. Wir haben auf der Terrasse viele Sonnenuntergänge genossen und lieben die Ruhe. Man erreicht alles in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto und hat trotzdem einen traumhaften Rückzugsort! José ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Staying at Daniel’s beautiful apartment was an unforgettable experience. The view overlooking the ocean was simply breathtaking—waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was pure magic. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind and truly relax. Daniel was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Wir waren für 1 Woche in dem Apartment von Yvonne und Juan. Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Die tolle Dachterrasse ist der perfekte Platz zum Frühstücken und sonnen 🌞. Obwohl die Wohnung mitten im Zentrum liegt, ist es nachts super ruhig. Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants und nette Bars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Yvonne ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer hilfsbereit und trotzdem respektiert sie die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste. Wir hatten eine super schöne Woche und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. The apartment was an absolute delight! Away from busy area, it offers peace and privacy while still being close enough to everything you need. Parking space inside the residence 👌 The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the modern comforts anyone would expect. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, I enjoyed having meals on the terrace with view to spectacular sunsets. One of the highlights was the lovely pool area—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make me feel welcome, offering great local recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. If you're looking for a true getaway with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect spot. I had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back!

Very lovely flat, very modern with all the necessities you could need. Nice views and we loved the natural ocean pools that are in the village, like 5 min walk. Would definitely recommend staying here :)

We chose the apartment for its area and view. The sunset from the balcony every evening is absolutely stunning. The apartment is small but has everything it needs, we didn’t miss anything. We stayed here for 2 weeks and felt like home :) The pool is very clean. Excellent location. There’s a shop right downstairs and many others in the area.

Sehr ruhiges und entspanntes Appartement, mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer. so ruhig und windgeschützt dass man sogar auf dem Balkon pennen kann. Wir hatten ein Mietwagen und haben zwei Wochen lang die Insel erkundet. Die Wohnung liegt an einem Steilen hang, was einen beim Parken schon etwas Mut abverlangt, aber 2 Fuß Minuten entfernt ist auch ein ebenerdiger kostenloser Parkplatz. Hochwertige Ausstattung, sauber und gepflegt. Tolles Objekt für einen romantischen Pärchen Urlaub oder jeden der etwas Ruhe und Abstand vom stressigen Stadtleben sucht. Es gibt viele Wanderwege und Aussichtspunkte die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Zum Lidl, Arzt(deutsch), Loro Parque oder der Punta Brava sind es nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.Gastgeber und Verwalterin waren stets Ansprechbar und haben zügig geantwortet. Uns wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden.WLAN vor Ort ist top, Internet schnell und stabil. Preislich ist es schon hart an der Schmerzgrenze, aber dafür -> Ruhe...

We had a great stay here as a family of 5. The complex is brilliant: the heated pool, choice of pools and bar. Food and drinks there are excellent. Very secure and good to have a dedicated parking spot. The apartment is spacious and worth the money paid. The terrace gets the sun and there are 2 loungers if you don’t want to hang out at the pool. We had a car and so explored the island, sometimes chasing the sun. The restaurant round the corner is excellent osteria San gennaro. Highly recommended stay.

Apartamento muy agradable y limpio, con muchas comodidades y muy cercano a las piscinas naturales. La terraza es perfecta para usarla en cualquier momento del día. Juan Manuel nos dio buenas recomendaciones y se mostró muy atento en todo momento. ¡Una experiencia muy agradable!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Wohnung! Alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und die Betten super bequem. Der Ausblick auf Meer und Pool ist gut, der Pool wunderschön (wenn auch etwas kühl). Das Highlight war aber unser Gastgeber David – super freundlich, hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und mit tollen Tipps zur Umgebung. Vielen Dank, David!
