A very good host, everything matched the photos, everything was clean and tidy, I really like staying in this building since the beach is in front of it, there is a store nearby where you can shop and also where you can buy food if you don't want to cook. The only thing I would add would be a small barbecue to be able to have barbecues on the beach.

Incredible ground floor apartment with a small private dipping pool, outdoor dinning and bbq area. Incredible views and an easy walk to the beach. Wish we had booked a full week to enjoy this wonderful beach condo.

Daniella has a beautiful apartment and we had a great time. It is perfect for a family stay and/or with family. She was very helpfull with padel rackets and communication. We loved the place and would definitely reconsider staying again. Cheers

Very good clean and comfortable place and the kids had a very fun stay in the water park and on the beach just 1 minute drive away. Adults do not allow us to use the water park slides, which I was unable to help my 2 and 4 year old daughters to wander, which was a pity.

Alex is a good host, quick responses. The place, very cozy, practical and close to what we were looking for. Excellent pool and atmosphere. Good place to walk around, the beach just a few minutes walk away. Good on-site internet for those of us to entertain ourselves with digital platforms.

We loved our stay at Elsy's place in Rio Mar. It was very clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed for our stay. The layout of the apartment is quite nice and we especially loved the views while sitting on the on the balcony. The Rio Mar community is well taken care of, peaceful and calm, and relaxing. The people there are also quite friendly. Elsy is also super responsive and proactive with details. We hope to return again one day.

Excellent apt in amazing location!

Excellent accommodation for 5 people, 2 adults and 3 children. We really liked it because the apartment was on the ground floor level, and we went out on the terrace to the pool that was a few steps away. Very complete social area. We played a lot of ping pong! Highly recommended for families with children or 2 couples.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, 10/10. The beach in front is very nice and clean. The only bad thing is that I didn't find any restaurants nearby, but overall the stay was great.

- nice place 2 bedroom with a queen and a set of bunk beds, electric cooktop, tabletop oven & microwave, coffee pot, medium size fridge, ocean view, hot shower in master bath, 42” TV, internet… - service employees were all very nice -mostly a weekend/vacation complex but even on the holiday weekend it wasn’t loud (more family oriented) -good amenities…very big pool! -short walk to the beach -laundry available on site $2 -food stand near entrance (good, affordable)

Great view, and the place is great, the apartment clean, comfortable. Santiago is always reachable. Highly recommended!

My group and I loved the place, the surroundings, the beach, the scenery, everything! Pablo was always available for our questions from the time of booking and during the stay, which we enjoyed very much and we left very happy! 100% recommended!

Jen's place is beautiful and was a great size for a short stay for the two of us. It was well-equipped with everything we needed. Jen is super responsive and had great suggestions for things going on in the area or activities we might want to check out. She got back to us right away with any questions we had. Jen is very friendly and accommodating: I would recommend her place to anyone! Thanks, Jen, for all your help and how easy-going you are!

Royal Palm is still my favorite resting place, has a great family time. Charlie's apartment has a spectacular view of the mountains and beach, beautifully furnished and decorated. The guys who serve you on arrival are very friendly and make you feel at home. Charlie is an excellent host, she was always aware that everything was fine with our stay.

The apartment is as advertised. The rooms are spacious and well ventilated. The air conditioning works very well and the addition of ceiling fans allows you to control the temperature well without air conditioning. The bed is extremely comfortable. We felt that most of the bathroom and kitchen amenities were purchased specifically for guests. The building has very interesting and well-maintained facilities. The road to get there catches the eye with its multitude of speed bumps. However, the neighborhood is very safe and the shopping area is a dozen minutes' drive away. The Anton Valley and its many hiking and discovery trails are about an hour's drive away. The trip to Panama City is an hour and a half. This is the fifth stay my husband and I have had in this building, which shows how much we appreciate it. We rented a car for each of our visits. We'll go back!

David's apartment is perfect! You will have a great stay here. It is a very secure residence with a gym. The pools are beautiful. It is a very quiet and very peaceful residence. You will have a great stay with your family. As for the surroundings, there is nothing, it is the only downside, otherwise David's residence and apartment are beautiful! 10/10, excellent. 👌

Excellent service from Filipp, the apartment has everything you need for a good stay, and the building is in very good condition. The social area is also excellent!

A great apartment in front of the beach, it has a swimming pool and everything you need for cooking. Keep in mind that the apartment does not have complimentary condiments, sugar, coffee etc. As for everything else, it's very good. I recommend it and would go again
