Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Bartolomeo al Mare

O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, espaçoso, limpo, bonito, bem equipado e aconchegante. Fomos recebidos com muita alegria e gentileza. Foi um dos melhores apartamentos que já me hospedei no Airbnb, atendeu todas as minhas expectativas. A localização é ótima. Recomendo.

Bardzo ciekawe miejsce w pięknej starej kamienicy. Plusem jest pełne wyposażenie apartamentu, włącznie z pralką czy zmywarką. Na minus bardzo małe i ciasne sypialnie z kiepską wentylacją oraz hałas z ulicy ale nie jest to jakiś wielki problem ;)

Tout était impeccable. Nous avons eu un petit couac à l'arrivée qui a été directement géré par le propriétaire avec soin et rapidité. Nous n'avons donc rien à redire là-dessus à part que tout était nickel ! Je recommande.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara's place. I was initially put off by a couple of reviews about the size of the apartment. Thankfully I ignored them. We found the size to be fine. There is a separate bedroom and a bathroom then a lounge dining area. On top of this there is a good sized balcony with spectacular views front and side over the pool and Villefranche town and bay. We felt it was very good value for money compared to other Airbnbs we looked at and hotel prices in Nice. The pool was fantastic, lots of free sun loungers. The snack bar at the pool was good too and reasonably priced. There are 2 buses just outside the door between Nice and Monaco and a ticket is just 1 euro 70 which lasts for an hour . From the airport you just get tram number 2 to Port Lympia & get bus 15 or 600 and it will take you straight to the flat, it is so easy. Sara is a great host, she responds very quickly and is very accommodating, she allowed us to stay a few hours extra as our flight was later.

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

Appartamento super carino! Piccolo gioiello, in pieno centro ma in una via silenziosa e tranquilla. Pulito, curato nei dettagli, con tutto il necessario, moderno e delicato. Piergiorgio molto cordiale e disponibile. Super consigliato!

Had a great time! The place was beautiful, calm, comfortable, very modern but in the old town. Have to walk a considerable amount of stairs, but great location otherwise. All amenities also provided!

Had a great stay at Teresas super apartment. I was arriving late but delayed so even later!! So it was 11.30 pm+ when I arrived but Teresa was there to greet me. The apartment was immaculate and couldn’t think of anything that wasn’t already there. Very well done and will look forward to a return visit. Thanks Teresa

An absolutely stunning property, exactly as it appears in the photos. Incredible views and a tucked-away location with old town charm but easy access to the seafront, shops and restaurants. The apartment was also spotlessly clean when we arrived, and Amelia was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique à la villa d’Olga. La maison est parfaitement agencée, très confortable et décorée avec goût. La piscine et la vue sont tout simplement exceptionnelles. Un vrai petit coin de paradis ! Olga nous a accueillis avec chaleur et bienveillance, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Toute la famille se joint à moi pour la remercier sincèrement. Nous lui souhaitons une excellente continuation et recommandons vivement cette villa à tous ceux qui cherchent calme, beauté et confort.

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Enrico und seine Frau sind freundliche, herzliche und offene Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war super, die zwei sind sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Gerne komme ich wieder vorbei, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

We stayed as a couple for two nights. Reaching the apartment involves a 10-minute walk from the public parking area along a steadily ascending stone path, followed by three steep staircases inside the building to reach the bedroom. Just be mindful of how much luggage you bring. Maybe it makes sense to visit the apartment first without luggage? Everything was described in perfect detail and worked seamlessly. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every modern comfort. The Wi-Fi was stable. Maria was an outstanding host – quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and genuinely attentive. Her communication style is straightforward and warm. We felt completely safe and welcomed. It’s the perfect place to relax and explore. Thank you, Maria, for creating such a lovely base within that unforgettable setting. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of coming back.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

We had a fantastic stay at Josef’s apartment in Beausoleil, right next to Monaco. Josef is simply amazing — incredibly professional, friendly, and a pleasure to communicate with. He was always responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. The apartment itself is wonderful, with a warm, welcoming energy that makes you feel instantly at home. It’s perfectly located, just steps from supermarkets, markets, and local shops. What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail. Josef clearly puts a lot of thought into ensuring his guests have everything they might need; it’s rare to find a host so considerate and attentive. Highly recommended — we would absolutely stay here again! 🌼🌼🌼

We had a lovely stay. Everything was great.Regine is a great host and this is our second time staying in beautiful appartment. Location is great with lovely gardens. It is a bit of an uphill walk to get to appartment, but it kept us fit. There is a bus 3 from market to take you up close to the palace. Have booked to stay again in 2026.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vytas' place near Eze, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Super séjour chez Stéphane qui est un hôte très réactif. Le logement était parfait, bien équipé et très fonctionnel avec une place de parking au sous sol qui est un véritable atout car les places sont vite prisées. La terrasse est super sympathique. Tout ça dans une résidence calme et très bien sécurisée. La gare à proximité nous a permis de faire tous nos déplacements ( Monaco, vintimille…) la mer également….ainsi que tous les commerces ( supermarchés, boulangerie…) Tout réunis avec des explications très claires pour notre arrivée . Bref le tout au TOP Je recommande à 200% et n’hésiterais pas à revenir avec plaisir chez Stéphane

Amazing find, Amazing place.... Next time I go I hope its available to rent again. Can not suggest a better place to stay, felt right at home.
