Great location and a fantastic apartment! Everything as expected, nice big bed, and a good shower with decent water pressure (which is not always the case in Gran Canaria). Huge balcony too - it is in the shadow for most of the day but you can enjoy the sun in the pool area. The swimming pool itself not extremeley clean, however that is not down to the host. Would stay here again.

Phillip was amazing 🤩 From the moment I landed he was there for advice and guidance for the whole of my stay. Apartment was amazing…basement so no daylight but this worked well for me as I slept the best I had in years!! I also liked it being in a quiet residential area as I enjoyed the walk in to Maspalmos. Phillip drove me round all the local places of interest on arrival and put me at ease instantly. He is the BEST! No doubt about it I would stay here again if returning to Gran Canaria Thank you Phillip 🩷

I really enjoyed my stay at Pierre's airbnb. Great location, easy to get to beach ,restaurants and etc. The apartment was clean, new appliances, lots of room. Bathroom was clean and roomy. the apartment was quiet and peaceful. the complex has great pool to relax and swimming. I would recommend this apartment
