I loved Cindy’s place! I lived in CDMX for 5 years, so I know the area well. Though the Airbnb is in a prime area for tourists with a lot of activity, it’s a quiet street and community. Elena was extremely helpful in walking me through everything at check-in. Cindy was very responsive and provided all the necessary details without me having to ask. All the basics are provided and the building is very secure with a 24h doorman. Great small cafe across the street that opens early if you happen to be an early riser. All of the restaurants and things to-do in Condesa and Roma are within a 30 min walk or 10 min uber ride. Though it’s a studio, the layout and furniture are well placed and there’s plenty of space for two people (or one with a lot of luggage). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a conveniently located, spotless but comfy airbnb!

It is a lovely apartment in a very central location where you can walk to many site seeing places. What I liked the most it’s that the monument is in front and at night the view is amazing. I would recommend staying here.

Gustavo's place looks just like the photos! Great space, even better location. This was my first time in CDMX and it was easy to walk from his apartment to many places. I mean heck it is around the corner from Casa Gilardi. Infinite hot water! Can get noisy at night if people are having guests over. Just be warned the bed is very firm and not to my liking. There is also no AC (common in Mexico but I did not know), but apartment is cool at night if you open the windows. Everything else was great. Gustavo was very responsive. Would likely stay again just for the location.

My experience at this property was excellent. The location is unbeatable, very close to everything you need and in a safe and quiet area. The house was impeccable, very well equipped, comfortable and with all the details taken care of. From the first moment, the host was very attentive, kind and professional, always available for any questions or needs. I would definitely stay here again and I totally recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable, pleasant and carefree stay.

The house is very well laid out and very clean. It is a great option to stay with friends or family since the whole house is connected to each other, the living room and the hall communicate with each other and with the rooms. Although the house is somewhat cold at night, it is a good option for the spring and summer season as it stays cool and lightens the heat.

We have nothing but good things to say. Águeda was a ten-star host: attentive, kind, super flexible and always making sure everything was perfect. From the first message until we said goodbye, everything flowed incredibly. You can tell that he puts love into every detail. The house is a gem: comfortable, well-equipped, with super nice spaces and perfect for what we needed. We were recording content and it was the ideal place, both inside and out. In addition, the location is unbeatable: not far from downtown Coyoacán, which made it very easy for us to take pictures in the surroundings. We had a wonderful week-stay at Valeria’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities listed. One private bathroom per room is a plus. The location was perfect, close to the Frida’s house museum and downtown Coyoacán. The group of hosts were also very responsive and helpful, providing great local recommendations. We highly recommend this listing! And definitely would consider coming back.

The apartment is very well equipped, I liked the windows that allow very good lighting. The common areas are excellent, especially enjoy the indoor pool, you can train seriously there.

It is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting, and the space is comfortable, clean and perfect for accommodating three people or even four. In addition, the location is very convenient, since there are shops and services nearby. I especially note the attention of the host, who was very kind and was attentive to us at all times. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect—close to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Easy access to Roma. I was working remote, the WiFi was perfect. And the plants on the balcony made for a great background. The area is beautiful. Completely safe neighborhood made for some lovely late night walks. Only issue I had was mosquitos were getting inside. We found a hole in a screen on one window where they were getting in. Art personally came and fixed the screen himself. And presto, no more mosquitos! Overall, it was a great stay.

It was an amazing stay, from the beginning Luis allowed us to leave our luggage while he was checking in. The place is super safe, and if you go to any congress at the WTC, the entrance is right across the street. Everything was perfect!!!

Excellent Airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to go to the main points of interest, whether walking, cycling, or by Uber. The apartment is impeccable with just what you need in an apartment with 24-hour private security, which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us with what we needed and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back!

Fantastic (and quiet!) space for a family with two young kids. Patio was a wonderful respite from fumes and sounds.
