Pet-friendly vacation rentals in San Agustin

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

Staying here was very convenient because the house had everything we needed. Peachy is a great host - very accommodating and responsive. I wish we could’ve stayed a bit longer but overall, we had a great time 😊

The place was so spacious. The interenet was great. Alll the utensils needed were there. A very responsive host and care taker. They hot fresh towels when we arrived and the place wqs literally clean and smells so clean. Walking distance to many establishments. Thank you to the hosts and to the care taker who were very considerate during our stay.

Location is good, near Clark and Friendship hiway where a lot of restaurants are located. The place is clean and bery near the gate. The pool is dirty though, I gues because there's a lot of construction going on and it's a community pool. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

What a fantastic Airbnb! We spent 4 nights here and had a truly great time. The space was impeccably clean, we felt completely safe, and the neighborhood was lovely. Despite the rainy weather, our stay at Casa Monte Lubao was perfect. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing staycation. The kids had a blast in the pool, while the adults enjoyed some friendly competition over billiards. We all had a restful sleep—the beds were incredibly comfortable. Also, the towels smelled amazing! The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy home-cooked food together. Special thanks to Emman, the super accommodating host, who even dropped by to say hi and check if we needed anything—his warm gesture truly topped off our great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

We had a great time at Andrea's place. The host was responsive and gave us a list of restaurants nearby. They also allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. Ate Rita, the caretaker was awesome and was able to fulfill all of our needs and requests.

My family and I had a great holiday staycation in Anna’s place. My son and husband enjoy playing ps4 while my parents enjoy taking selfies in the balcony. The unit is facing the pool side which makes it more cozy and relaxing. Internet is stable, aircondition is also functioning well. The Azure North sand and wave pool made our stay much fun. My son and my parents loved it too. Thank you Anna for being friendly, responsive, and accommodating all my queries, we will surely back soon! Your place and you is highly recommended. 🙂

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making us feel right at home. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Stayed with my family, senior and pet friendly! My teen son said he liked the place too! Felt like home. Changed our mind and requested to extend our stay for another 2 nights unfortunately the room is booked the next day. Great to stay with family and friends. Highly recommend and would likely stay again in the future. Host and caretaker are friendly too.☺️

It was the right property for my firm’s team building this year! We appreciate the privacy and spacious garden that was perfect for our team activities. The house has the amenities and furniture that was right for the size of our team to enjoy and relax. it was exactly like in the pictures and videos. It's good to hang out with your friend. There was a nearby cafe 600m away the place. You just have to be careful when climbing the stairs. Overall, everything was good. Thank you.
