Pitch’s place was an amazing stay. The house is pretty average and the overall condition wasnt perfect. There were some noise issues from the constant vehicles and broken drain on the main road. But the place was very comfortable and homey. it was large and comfortable and have everything we needed, including extra towels and any other ammenities. Pitch was ALWAYs available whenever i tried to contact him was very accommodating. Would definitely come back to stay here if i decide to stay in sukhumvit again. (ps the traffic is a nightmare to get to the main roads, so that might be the only main issue) But overall for me, i loved the stay and the host’s friendly and helpful nature.

We had a great time staying here! The house was extremely clean and properly listed amenities. Host was very responsive and friendly. House keeper was very kind and helpful. They also went above and beyond by offering home made breakfasts and helping with various things. They house is in a good spot in the city, where we were able to walk to most places or go to the sky train station just a few minutes away. With all these good aspects at a reasonable price, I would highly recommend this house to anyone thinking about booking here.

We loved staying here✨ The house is in a great location for walking towards Bangrak and China town and about 20 minutes from a station and ferry for further trips. The place is well appointed with everything you need and has a lot of thoughtful touches to make your stay comfortable. The house is a cute loft with the bedroom up a set of old wooden stairs. This was completely fine for us, but I wouldn’t book here if you have any mobility issues climbing stairs. The bedroom was cosy with an adjoining balcony. Annie was very helpful especially when we had to organise a late check out and bag storage due to our evening flight home. We would happily return ✨

The facilities are so nice and the host is so kind! I was so happy for the week I lived I think I'll come here next time I come to Bangkok☺️

The house is very clean and comfortable, the surrounding environment is very quiet, the landlord is very enthusiastic and helpful, and you can see a very interesting market by taking a walk in the streets around the house in the morning. I will stay here again next time I come to Bangkok.

Really beautiful setting on the river with great hospitality. Although we stayed in the oldest room and it’s rustic, the privacy and amenities made it a perfect getaway for us. Isra and family arranged our boat transport around the island. bicycle rentals, found us some great beer, live music, good food and made us feel welcome. We were never bored. Very sweet stay!

Way and Jane are really helpful . They always reply so fast . The house is very clean , family friendly and quiet neighborhood. ****$$ Easy to find local food and a few mall and supermarkets nearby, near airport by 15mins, also easy to get to rama9 area! Reasonable price for us because you get the whole house. I like Jane and Way so much because I texted them to ask many things but they were always there to help. Would definitely come back here again!

Instantly felt at home! The place is clean and had lots of amenities useful for our stay. I just wish it is closer to the main hustle and bustle of Bangkok, but nevertheless, it is a great place to stay for large groups/families!

I Really enjoyed staying in this place

Ed and Joyce were very responsive and flexible. When the hot water in one of Tha bathrooms did not work, Joyce turned up promptly and attempted to fix. They also had a nice basket of fresh fruits for us, which we enjoyed.

We can’t say enough good things about Ern and this property! Ern was incredibly respectful, friendly and super helpful and responsive. The location was perfect with plenty of great shopping and dinning options around. The room was well decorated as per the listing and it was honestly a cosy home away from home! Our overall experience was nothing short of amazing. Thanks, Ern!

This was our very first airbnb experience in Bangkok and we absolutely loved it. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay for the holidays, and would recommend Sommart’s place to any one of our friends with a large family.

Was honestly one of the most central locations in Bangkok. The staff were friendly and there were and ample amount. The whole villa was spotless and the two larger rooms had the most beautiful bathrooms to parter with. If I come back to Bangkok I hope I have the honour to stay here again. Thank you very much

It was nice to find such a great place to stay, the neighborhood was quiet, there was another 7-11, inside the pool, TV, sound, full kitchen facilities, and the housekeeper cleaned the environment, there was also a house like the one next door, I wanted to book together, it was a shame to be booked, I hope I can come back next time.❤️

Vina's place is the best as usual. Not our first time here. Very helpful host. She even arranged our pick up to and from the airport. Very clean place, staff Very polite and welcoming, very comfortable amd spacious. weekday market is really nice and has a lot of interesting food and stuff. There's a supermarket nearby (villa market) Good massage places nearby also.

The stay was perfect. One of the best things about the property is the cleanliness and all the modern living facilities that would make the stay really comfortable. Moreover, the location is in proximity to the city center. Looking forward to stay again whenever we will visit Bangkok.

Me and my friends spent a wonderful time. We were met by the lovely Mod. Very clean house. The furniture was almost new Top notch mattress and billows The kitchen is loaded House keeping everyday and Poo is very helpful Close to MBC center with plenty of restaurants close to BTS station ( national stadium)and multiple 7/11 shops ,quiet surrounding extremely helpful host. She even allowed us to leave our luggage till we come back to Bangkok next week. I would really recommend this lovely apartment.

My friends stayed for 4 nights and they really loved the place and the location. check in was easy. the place is clean, spacious and very comfortable. close to Chatuchak weekend market and lots of food stalls and convenience store nearby. We'll definitely book this again if we come back to Bangkok.

This place is all brand new and the rooftop garden is too dope. We were chilling up there every night enjoying the sunset and pre gaming before our nights out in Bangkok. They have a kitchen area you can even cook if you want. The beds were comfy and the place was clean. The location is too perfect, a 5 minute or less walk to icon Siam and the BTS Sky Train. If you’re coming to Bangkok with your friends I highly recommend this place. Also very herb friendly so if you indulge in that type of stuff, this place is for you! 😋
