We had a good stay. Accomodation near the 7eleven and many massage shop. Also got many local food nearby. Gym also. House very clean and nice. I enjoy staying there

What an unexpected luxury it was to stay at Nittaya’s beautiful place! The “Green Lung” neighborhood is lush and tropical, but with all the access and activities of Bangkok. We thoroughly enjoyed going to the market every morning and then lounging by the pool all afternoon. Nittaya has equipped the house with every possible comfort, and we immediately felt settled after we our rather hectic journey. We also felt well-looked after… Nittaya offered us many suggestions and made sure we had all we needed during our stay. If you are looking for proximity to the city, without the traffic and crowds, this is like a little slice of island life in the heart of a metropolis.

The wonderful trip in Bangkok has come to an end.Teezee’s house is just as beautiful as in the pictures.Your hospitality is truly exceptional.I will definitely come again next time.

Rachel’s space was a perfect fit for our family and friends. It was super spacious in a great location and having responsive host was a huge plus. I recommend this space and host to all guests looking for a place in Bangkok.

WOW, this place is incredible. I was hooked from the pictures but it's even more amazing in real life. We spent so much time in the beautiful yard watching the longtail boats go by. It's such a special environment to be in a quiet neighborhood, just a walk up the street to markets and street food, and have a lush massive garden to relax in. The house itself is immaculate and has so much style. The furniture is so comfortable and our family felt right at home. Thanut was so kind and helpful at checkin and at every communication. We will be staying again!!

Great place to stay with friends and family. Suitable for around 7-8 persons. Kids and pets friendly amenities. Amazing set up for Bbq. Cleanliness is really top. Provided towels , hair dryer and the basic shampoo and body soap. Kitchen has necessary equipments as well also a well working fridge. Only thing was the kitchen smells a little musky. Everything else was great! Host was helpful and friendly and responsive. Location is alright , not the nearest to the shopping areas.

The house is very beautiful and cozy. The space in each room is also very large. The host is very kind and responsive. The TV has Netflix/Youtube to watch and there are many table games to play. Breakfast is replenished every morning (coffee capsules.Milk. Toast. Jam.Boiled eggs, cereals, fruits, etc.) The best part is that every night in the living room is very dirty and the next morning when you get up, there will be a housekeeping elf to clean the living room. It's really great not to have to wash the dishes yourself. I highly recommend that everyone book this place when they come to Bangkok.

Great villa, just one draw back that has nothing to do with the villa is the trash on the street that took away the charm of the outside space just a little bit

It’s a superbly comfy stay! The stay was 100% the same as the photos, even better I would say. The entire house, together with the pool, was very clean. Hosts were responsive and friendly. All instructions were clear. Shall revisit soon!!

Stayed here with my family (a mix of young kids & adults) & had the best time. All the bedrooms have a balcony & full bathroom attached. We come to Thailand every year to visit with family & we look forward to staying here again if in Bangkok. Location was also fantastic. In a great neighborhood close to so many things that were on our list to check out!

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was outstanding—responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience possible. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do, which really added to the trip. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet close to everything. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a solo recharge, or a fun time with friends, this place checks all the boxes. Can’t recommend it enough. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The black kingdom is an amazing place to stay. The owners did a very good job designing the place. This is one of those listings where the place actually looks better then the pictures. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in Bangkok, very accommodating host, and convenient location.

The children especially like the pool, they were reluctant to come out after soaking in it. The water is very clean and is constantly circulated during the day. The location of the villa is very good, it is very convenient to go everywhere. The host is welcoming and is always online.

Very good transpot

The host is very friendly, very polite, very welcoming. I feel that the host is treating every guest seriously.The house should be quite old, the kitchen and bathroom area still smell quite bad, it is acceptable if there is continuous ventilation, there is a very large living room, other than that we did not use other functional areas, because it is too hot, and these outdoor areas are also quite old, the bedding on the second floor is better than the first floor, the sheets are not good enough, even if they have been replaced, there is still a grainy feeling and friction, the garbage bags are not prepared and left in the room.Most importantly, it would be nice if the bathroom could be improved. The shampoo and shower gel provided were also very strange, so we bought our own.Overall, it is suitable for large groups who are not so particular about hygiene. The photos of the house are much better than the actual thing. Because of the friendliness of the host, I must give five stars.

Fantastic property and host. Easy check in and communication with host brilliant from the start. Was able to arrange regular cleaning and property has plenty of space for multiple people or smaller groups being space. Peaceful location with ease of transport. Highly recommended.
