Great place to stay in the middle of Bangkok. Good connection to public transport and quick access to all excursion destinations in Bangkok. The area is very quiet. The apartment has everything you need and is clean and modern! The perfect value for money! With 4 rooms ideal for couples or friends vacation! The hostess is very sweet and available at all times! We felt very comfortable!

Tom is an exceptional host! The house had everything I needed for a comfortable stay—it was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully prepared. Tom’s communication was excellent throughout, and he went above and beyond to help me retrieve items I had forgotten even days after I checked out. We were 4 adults with lots of room. The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was very clean. Plenty of hot water for the showers and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication was very good! Felt very secure. Close to shopping, restaurants and lots of coffee shops. Recommend staying here!!

My family and I had a great time staying at her place for 10 days. The place is clean and clutter free. She was responsive to our queries and gave great recommendations when it comes to local foods restaurants nearby. We met her mom as well when we checked in and she gave us clear instructions. Walkable to Asiatique and accessible to Chao Phraya River Ferry which we mostly enjoyed. I highly recommend Bee's place.

I loved staying at Øyvind’s place! It’s a very cozy condo, and compared to others I’ve stayed in around Bangkok, this one really feels like the owner put effort into making it feel like home. The balcony was a huge plus for me, and like others mentioned, I also loved spending time there just looking at the city - the view is fantastic! The coffee machine was the perfect addition! As for the cons, the apartment faces the river, and there are boats with music from time to time, but they’re mostly gone by 10 PM. This might be something to consider for those who go to sleep early, like me. Overall, I had a great stay and really enjoyed it! Thank you, Øyvind!

The host was very responsive and friendly, making communication easy and smooth. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the BTS, which made getting around super convenient. Plus, having a 7-11 right underneath the building was a huge bonus. The place was perfect for our stay!

I had an amazing stay at KK’s place. It’s super convenient. The host was super responsive, and easy to communicate with. When there’s a problem, KK immediately deal with it. The place is super clean and I will definitely stay here when I come to Bangkok. KK’s place deserves more than 5 stars! This place is homie and everything works perfectly.
