We had a wonderful one-month stay in this apartment. The space was great, with a beautiful view over Bangkok. The bed was quite firm for me personally, though my partner found it comfortable. We had a few minor issues during our stay, but Roxy was always quick to respond and take care of them. The pool area and gym were also lovely and clean. Overall, a great experience!

I had a great time in Maynus' apartment. It is exactly like in the pictures, equipped with everything you need, very clean and well maintained. The pool and fitness room is perfect. The location is good, very close to the BTS station, which takes you to the city center relatively quickly. There is a 7-11 around the corner and a few restaurants. It is not a very touristy area. However, I really enjoyed it and it is perfect if you want to see how Bangkokians live and experience Bangkok off the beaten track. Maynus communicates very friendly and very quickly. After the air purifier filter was full of all the smog, it was immediately replaced. I was even able to check in at 10:00 a.m. because I arrived on the night train and was greeted very friendly by her. I immediately felt at home and was glad to had this apartment. Bangkok can be very stressful and overwhelming and so this apartment was perfect for me to have some peace and quiet from stressful and dirty and smogy Bangkok. Thanks!

L'alloggio proposto è perfettamente corrispondente alle foto e alla descrizione. L'appartamento è comodo, dotato di ogni confort, spazioso con due bagni e due camere da letto (perfetto anche per chi ha bambini). C'è una bella piscina sul tetto con la palestra che noi abbiamo utilizzato ogni mattina e al tramonto (è spettacolare). La zona dell'appuntamento è perfetta, centrale ma riparata dal caos e della strada principale. Consiglio assolutamente di alloggiare in questo appartamento!

Great place. Stayed 12 days. Big room with everything you need. Clean. Comfortable bed. Great location. You can walk to many restaurants, to the BTS, even to the post office. Just far enough from Sukhumvit (100m) not to be disturbed by the noise (you don't hear it). You can cook. You can wash your clothes. Good Wi-Fi. A bit on the expensive side considering you have no service, no gym, no pool. But that's a matter of personal opinion. Friendly, helpful and responsive hosts. Overall, I strongly recommend.

The place is couple of train stops from Siam centre, but the train transport in Bangkok is superb. Plus the residence building itself offers free shuttle ride from the place to the Gateway mall a mall connected to train station. The unit is 10/10 super clean and well maintained,a plus for washer. It’s easy to check in as well and the host respond to messages. Amenities at the building were also good and clean huge pool & well equipped gym. I will definitely recommend this place if you will visit Bangkok.

Loved our stay here. The apartment was cozy and perfect for our time in Bangkok. Easy to get to and close to a BTS station (metro/subway). Lots of great services (massage, nails, groceries, etc), cafes and restaurants close by. Would highly recommend 🤩

Passer deux jour la bas franchement rien a dire je le conseille

El apartamento estaba limpio , tiene buena ubicación ,tienes cerca un seven eleven , restaurantes y lo más importante la estación del BTS , fue muy fácil movilizarnos y el lugar para descansar es tranquilo y cómodo. La piscina tiene una vista increíble.

This is the perfect location. You are feet away from a Mall (all your needs) full of restaurants, grocery store and shops. BTS that connects to the Mall. 711 is 1 bkock away, Ekkamai bus station about a 8min walk. For those weekends trips to Pattaya (~$5 USD). This listing has 2 pools both with amazing views. The rooftop pool is under minor construction due the aftershocks of the earthquake. Pan was a blessing, extremely friendly and helpful with great communication. I will definitely recommend this stay.

The condo complex has everything you might need: a grocery store, restaurants, massage places, and nearby markets, a food court, a shopping mall, and a BTS station. It’s a bit far from Bangkok’s nightlife. The apartment is small but well equipped, with even a workspace for a laptop. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for remote work - the desk and chair aren’t ergonomic, and longer sessions can cause back issues. Overall, a nice spot if you don’t want to stay in central BKK.
